Celcom Axiata Berhad brought the cheer of Ramadan to members of Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department Kuala Lumpur (JSPT KL) and the police officers who were on duty around Jalan Esfahan, Kuala Lumpur.
IN conjunction with the Op Selamat XIII launch, they were treated with bubur lambuk goodie bags and celebrated buka puasa along Jalan Esfahan.
The goodie bags also contained dates and drinks which were prepared by Celcom employees with the assistance of Tun H.S. Lee Traffic Police Station personnel earlier. These special food packs were also distributed to the public along Jalan Esfahan, who were there for their Hari Raya shopping.
The distribution parade comprising senior officials from PDRM were CP Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim, Chief Police Kuala Lumpur and DCP Dato’ Zainuddin Yaacob, Deputy Chief Police Kuala Lumpur, and ACP Zulkefly Yahaya, Head of Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department.
They were accompanied by Celcom’s senior management team which included Azmi Ujang, Chief Human Capital Officer, Ramanathan Sathiamutty, Chief Transformation Officer, Zuraida Jamaluddin, Chief Corporate Officer, and Surinderdeep Singh, Head of Enterprise Business & Solutions.
Celcom’s senior management team later joined another buka puasa session held with police officers in Jalan Tun H.S. Lee Traffic Police Station, where they presented Celcom’s contribution to the orphans and widows of the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department Kuala Lumpur at the event.
This initiative marks 14 years of collaboration between Celcom and the traffic police force since it commenced in 2005.
