NOURS Venture Sdn Bhd (NOUR’S), pengeluar snek ringan berasaskan kulit ayam pertama di Malaysia membuka peluang perniagaan kepada orang ramai yang berminat dengan modal serendah RM85.
Pengasas Bersama NOUR’S, Syaira Sadle berkata, peluang itu dibuka kepada sesiapa sahaja yang ingin menjadi ejen dengan model RM85 supaya setiap orang mampu menyertainya sekali gus menjana pendapatan dengan Chickin.
Beliau berkata, ejen mampu meraih keuntungan sebanyak RM12 bagi setiap balang snek seberat 200 gram ini yang dijual pada harga pasaran RM29.
“Produk NOUR’S Chickin ini sudah mula berada dipasaran sejak pertengahan Julai lalu dan pemilihan snek kulit ayam ini kerana ramai orang yang suka makan kulit ayam yang digoreng rangup.
“Snek kulit ayam Chickin mempunyai kualiti dan standard tersendiri. Ianya diproses dengan teliti agar snek yang dihasilkan tidak langsung bercampur dengan lemak,” katanya ketika ditemui selepas majlis pra pelancaran produk itu di Lepaking 1.0, Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, semalam.
Pengasas Bersama NOUR’S, Faiz Hilmy pula berkata, produk NOUR’S Chickin itu telah melalui formulasi dan pelbagai peringkat saringan bagi memastikan kualiti snek, pembungkusan dan pelabelan menepati standard yang diinginkan.
“Idea menghasilkan snek kulit ayam ini bermula apabila saya sendiri merupakan antara individu yang terkesan kerana kehilangan pekerjaan ketika Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) akibat pandemik COVID-19.
“Dengan misi untuk membantu lebih ramai orang untuk mula berniaga dan menjana pendapatan tambahan serta melahirkan lebih ramai penyumbang kepada zakat di kalangan warga jualan NOUR’S,” katanya.
Beliau berkata, walaupun masih ada golongan yang agak paranoid dengan kulit ayam, namun beliau menjelaskan bahawa kulit ayam bukanlah salah untuk dimakan.
Ini berdasarkan kepada kenyataan dari pakar kesihatan dari Universiti Harvard yang mengatakan kulit ayam mengandungi lebih banyak asid lemak Omega 6 berbanding Omega 3 dan bukanlah terdiri daripada lemak trans sekali gus ianya baik untuk jantung.
“Kita mendapatkan sumber bekalan kulit ayam daripada pembekal muslim dan produk ini kemudiannya diproses serta dikilangkan di Tanjung Karang, Selangor. Justeru, produk ini benar-benar bersih dan halal.

“Ketika ini produk seumpama ini dihasilkan secara komersial di Thailand dan mendapat permintaan tinggi di pasaran. Kami berharap produk Chickin NOUR’S mampu menembusi pasaran luar negara satu hari nanti,” katanya.

As of June 2020, almost 80% of HLB customers are regularly using HLB Connect, an increase of over a quarter over the past year alone.
Customers aged above 50 had the biggest year-on-year increase at 42% from June 2019 to June 2020. Mobile banking transactions recording an impressive spike across the board with an 80% increase in total transaction amount and a 75% increase in the number of transactions conducted over the same time frame.
The Bank also saw a 13-fold increase in the total transactional value of e-wallet top-ups via HLB Connect over a period of 2-months March-May 2020, compared to the same period last year.

Maserati writes a new chapter in its history by expanding its Trofeo collection.
Following the 2018 launch of Levante Trofeo, the SUV’s most extreme, most powerful version, the new Quattroporte and Ghibli Trofeo are now available, achieving the pinnacle of performance, sportiness and luxury.
Ghibli Trofeo
To highlight once again Maserati’s all-Italian identity, the colours chosen for the Trofeo collection launch are those of the country’s flag: green for Quattroporte, white for Levante and red for Ghibli, which combine with the burnished chrome-work and glossy red trims for a particularly aggressive and elegant look.
The heart of Ghibli and Quattroporte Trofeo is the 3.8 l V8 Twin Turbo with power output of 580 hp at 6,250 rpm and peak torque of 730 Nm.
The engine, which has already revealed all its power on Levante Trofeo, is built at the Ferrari plant at Maranello to Maserati’s specifications, and has been modified and developed to deliver equally impressive performances on the rear-engine sedans.
Although completely new for Ghibli, the V8 engine has already been used in the past on Quattroporte GTS, in the 530 hp version.
Quattroporte Trofeo
Today the 580 hp V8 engine is available on the new Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante* Trofeo, in full compliance with fuel efficiency and emissions standards.
Ghibli and Quattroporte Trofeo can proudly claim to be the fastest Maserati sedans ever, with a top speed of 326 km/h. Levante Trofeo’s maximum speed is 302 km/h.
Like Levante Trofeo, the new Ghibli and Quattroporte Trofeo also incorporate the Integrated Vehicle Control (IVC) system, with a specific setup that guarantees enhanced driving dynamics, greater active safety and even more thrilling performance.
The sedans have the Corsa button that sets the car for an even sportier driving style. Also included is Launch Control, a function that first appeared on Levante Trofeo, to unleash all the engine’s power and deliver breath-taking performance and an authentic Maserati driving experience.
While the unique signature of every Maserati is the sound of its engine, now the Trofeo collection will be even more unmistakable in looks, thanks to special stylistic touches that characterise these high performance models.
These include the front grille with twin vertical bars in Black Piano finish, and the introduction of carbon fibre on the front air duct trims and rear extractor, for an even more aggressive effect.
The whole Trofeo collection is distinguished by the red details that characterise the bottom profiles of the side air vents and the lightning bolt on the Trident badge on the C-pillars.
There are major changes at the rear of the car, where the light clusters have been completely restyled, with a boomerang-like profile inspired by the 3200 GT and the Alfieri concept car.
In terms of the Ghibli Trofeo, the bonnet has also been restyled, featuring two aggressive air ducts for better cooling, just like on Levante Trofeo.
Ghibli and Quattroporte Trofeo are fitted with 21” aluminium Orione wheels. 22” Orione wheels are available on Levante Trofeo.
The Trofeo characterisation continues in the interior, with a new on-board panel that displays an exclusive interface at switch-on, while the headrests bear the Trofeo badge with the name in three-dimensional relief.
The exclusivity also extends to the interior upholstery, in full-grain Pieno Fiore natural leather.
The ADAS system has evolved to include new functions, and thanks to Active Driving Assist the assisted driving function can now be activated on urban roads and ordinary highways.
New technologies also appear in MIA (Maserati Intelligent Assistant), the multimedia screen with upgraded resolution and larger size – 10.1” on both Ghibli Trofeo and Quattroporte Trofeo, while Levante retains the 8.4” display, but with improved resolution and graphics.
Furthermore, thanks to the Maserati Connect programme, now the Trofeo collection is always connected, with a full set of services to simplify its use.
Ghibli and Quattroporte Trofeo will be built at the Avvocato Giovanni Agnelli Plant (AGAP) at Grugliasco (Turin), and Levante Trofeo at the Mirafiori (Turin) plant.
Perlumbaan maya anjuran Toyota akan bermula lagi September ini dengan beberapa siri pusingan kelayakan, separuh akhir serta perlumbaan kemuncak dengan format empat-saingan.
Empat pusingan kelayakan dalam talian yang terhad kepada 180 peserta setiap pusingan, akan berlangsung sepanjang dua hujung minggu berturut-turut, iaitu pada 3-4 September dan 12-13 September, dijangka melibatkan seramai 720 pelumba.
Pusingan kelayakan akan menggunakan litar Fuji Speedway di Jepun dengan jentera
lumba GR Supra RZ.
20 pemandu terpantas kemudiannya akan layak ke pusingan separuh akhir yang akan diadakan pada 26 September di ibu pejabat UMW Toyota Motor di Shah Alam.
Pusingan separuh akhir itu bakal menyaksikan dua perlumbaan berasingan bakal berlangsung dengan meminjam lokasi maya di Jepun. Pertama, perlumbaan dengan 22 pusingan di Kyoto Driving Park menggunakan jentera lumba prototaip TS050 Hybrid, dan kedua menggunakan jentera Dallara Super Formula SF19 di litar Suzuka sepanjang 5.8 km dengan saingan 18 pusingan.
10 pemandu terpantas kemudiannya akan menempah tempat ke pusingan akhir pada 27 September di lokasi sama, di mana saingan untuk muncul juara dan memenangi hadiah utama bernilai RM20,000 akan ditentukan daripada empat perlumbaan sengit melalui himpunan mata di setiap pusingan.
Perlumbaan pertama akan menyaksikan pelumba memandu GR Supra RZ di liter Autodrome Lago Maggiore di Itali (15 pusingan); perlumbaan kedua di Autopolis Racing Course Jepun dengan jentera FT-1 Vision Gran Turismo (18 pusingan); perlumbaan ketiga dengan jentera TS050 Hybrid di Circuit de la Sarthe di Perancis (10 pusingan); sementara perlumbaan keempat dan terakhir di litar Spa-Francorchamps Belgium menggunakan jentera Dallara Super Formula SF19 dikuasakan oleh Toyota (18 pusingan).
Disifatkan sebagai satu daripada siri perlumbaan dalam talian tempatan yang menawarkan habuan lumayan, Kejuaran Toyota GR Velocity Esports menawarkan hadiah wang tunai sebanyak RM20,000, RM10,000, RM7,000, RM5,500 dan RM4,500 bagi lima pelumba terbaik.
Tiga pemenang teratas juga akan menerima penghormatan untuk mewakili Malaysia dalam pertandingan sukan permotoran maya yang julung kali diadakan, Piala Asia GR Supra GT 2020 yang dianjurkan oleh Toyota Motor Asia Pacific (TMAP) pada Oktober 2020.
