Transformasi untuk menjadi syarikat yang ‘agile’ serta sentiasa meletakkan keutamaan pelanggan telah memperlihatkan keputusan awal yang memberangsangkan, dengan peningkatan asas suku tahunan (QoQ) bagi Skor Promoter Purata Transaksi Runcit (tNPS) sebanyak 9 mata, daripada 68 dalam suku tahun keempat 2017 kepada 77 bagi suku pertama 2018.

Suku pertama tahun ini juga menunjukkan penurunan ketara pada asas tahunan (YoY) dalam aduan pelanggan sebanyak 53% berbanding suku tahun pertama 2017.
Pengalaman Digital Pelanggan
Transformasi digital juga merupakan satu lagi penggerak utama bagi Celcom dalam menyediakan pengalaman pelanggan yang hebat. Syarikat tersebut terus berkembang dalam mendigitalkan titik sentuhannya, dan mencatatkan pertumbuhan membanggakan bagi penggunaan digital sebanyak 54% daripada suku tahun pertama 2017 kepada suku pertama tahun ini.

Antara inisiatif digital terkini daripada syarikat itu adalah Celcom Life – aplikasi mudah alih bagi menguruskan langganan semudah di hujung jari pelanggan sahaja. Celcom turut memperkenalkan laman sesawangnya yang diberi nafas baru, serta lebih selaras, rupa bentuk yang mesra pengguna dan navigasi yang mudah dilayari.
Celcom kini bersedia untuk memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk membawa pengalaman pelanggan ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi. Aplikasi AI dalam operasinya akan membolehkan Celcom menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan dan penyelesaian aduan sepanjang masa, serta interaksi yang lebih peribadi dan mampu dijangka, meningkatkan kecekapan, kebolehpercayaan dan konsisten dalam perkhidmatannya.
Sorotan Kewangan Suku pertama 2018
Suku tahun tersebut memperlihatkan inisiatif pemasaran yang aggresif daripada Celcom, seterusnya melonjakkan hasil seperti berikut :
Hasil keseluruhan menunjukkan peningkatan sebanyak 2.3% pada asas tahunan (YoY), dengan rekod RM1.636 billion pada suku pertama 2018 berbanding suku pertama 2017.
Hasil perkhidmatan RM1.504 billion dalam suku pertama 2018, iaitu peningkatan 2.0% pada asas tahunan, lebih baik berbanding pertumbuhan industri.
Celcom mencatat EBITDA (pendapatan sebelum cukai, faedah, susut nilai dan pelunasan) RM518 juta PATAMI (keuntungan selepas cukai dan kepentingan minoriti) sebanyak RM187 juta.
47% daripada jumlah hasil dalam suku tersebut disumbangkan oleh hasil data. Prestasi data syarikat tersebut meningkat kukuh daripada RM661 juta dalam suku pertama 2017 kepada RM762 juta dalam suku tahun pertama 2018, menunjukkan peningkatan sebanya 15.4% pada asas tahunan.
Penggunaan telefon pintar meningkat daripada 66% dalam suku pertama 2017 kepada 75% dalam suku pertama tahun ini.
Peningkatan penggunaan data pada asas tahunan daripada 5.0GB kepada 9.5GB setiap bulan bagi setiap pengguna.
Segmen pascabayar memberi Purata Pendapatan Setiap Pengguna (ARPU) yang lebih tinggi, iaitu RM87 pada suku pertama 2018 berbanding RM81 dalam suku pertama 2017
Purata Pendapatan Setiap Pengguna (ARPU) segmen prabayar meningkat daripada RM30 kepada RM34 pada suku pertama tahun lepas berbanding tahun ini.
Penambahbaikan rangkaian yang berterusan
Michael Kuehner turut menyatakan penambahbaikan rangkaian Celcom yang berterusan juga menjadi asas penting yang membantu mengekalkan pertumbuhannya dalam pasaran.
Pelaburan yang tinggi disediakan untuk memperkembangkan rangkaian untuk mencapai liputan populasi 4G sebanyak 88% pada suku pertama tahun ini, manakala LTE-A pada kadar 76%.
“Kami telah meletakkan fokus berterusan kepada rangkaian sebagai penyumbang utama, dan ia telah dibuktikan dengan pencapaian terkini kami; Celcom kini dinilai empat bintang bagi pengstriman video YouTube bertaraf HD di 20 bandar utama Malaysia, berbanding 18 bandar utama dalam suku pertama 2017,” tambah beliau.
Perancangan seterusnya
Dalam suku tahun berikut, Celcom akan terus fokus dalam transformasi budaya dan insan ke arah syarikat ‘agile’.
“Kami telah mula mencabar setiap daripada sesuatu gaya kerja yang menjadi ‘amalan biasa’ dan terus membentuk revolusi dalam interaksi dan penyediaan produk dan perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan. Nantikan perkembangan kami seterusnya!” kata beliau.
Perodua telah menganjurkan program keselamatan jalan raya selama sebulan untuk 8,000 kakitangannya, yang mana hampir 7,000 akan pulang ke kampung halaman masing-masing di musim perayaan ini.
INISIATIF selama sebulan ini adalah sebagai peringatan kepada para pengguna jalan raya mengenai peraturan asas serta tip keselamatan berguna yang mampu menjimatkan masa dan wang ketika dalam perjalanan pulang untuk bertemu keluarga tersayang.
“Perjalanan pulang semasa musim perayaan adalah lebih mencabar kerana terdapat banyak kenderaan di atas jalan raya. Pada ketika itu, adalah penting untuk kita terus bertenang, berwaspada dan berhemah ketika memandu,” kata Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Perodua, Datuk (Dr) Aminar Rashid Salleh.
Program keselamatan ini merupakan sebahagian daripada inisiatif Kempen Keselamatan Jalan Raya Perodua yang dilancarkan pada Oktober 2017, sebuah projek selama 5 tahun bertujuan untuk mendidik orang ramai mengenai kepentingan peraturan asas jalanraya bagi mengelakkan sebarang kemalangan berlaku.
Intipati utama program ini adalah untuk menggalakkan penggunaan tali pinggang keledar, menggunakan isyarat membelok, penggunaan kerusi keselamatan kanak-kanak dan tidak menggunakan telefon mudah alih ketika memandu.
“Kami percaya pendidikan harus bermula daripada rumah dan oleh sebab itu Kempen Keselamatan Jalan Raya Perodua lebih menumpukan kepada mendidik masyarakat kita tentang pentingnya peralatan keselamatan di kenderaan mereka serta memupuk amalan memandu secara selamat dan berhemah.
“Kami percaya melalui contoh yang diteladani dan kami berharap semua pemandu Malaysia juga dapat menerima dan menyambutbaik seruan kami dalam menjadikan Malaysia jalan raya paling selamat di rantau ini,” kata Datuk (Dr) Aminar.
Program keselamatan dalaman Perodua bermula sebulan yang lalu dengan penganjuran kursus selama dua hari oleh Persatuan Keselamatan Jalan Raya dan Pengangkutan Malaysia pada 15hb dan 16hb Mei. Seramai 69 pekerja telah didedahkan dengan pelbagai topik keselamatan termasuk punca utama kemalangan dan prosedur pra-pemeriksaan kenderaan yang betul.
Selain itu, dalam memastikan motosikal milik kakitangan berada dalam keadaan baik sebelum cuti Raya, pemeriksaan percuma telah dilakukan pada 6hb Jun. Sebanyak 47 buah motosikal telah diperiksa yang mana pemilik akan dimaklumkan mengenai sebarang kerosakan sekiranya ada dan diminta untuk memperbaikinya dengan kadar segera.
Perodua juga turut menjalankan perkhidmatan 50-titik pemeriksaan kereta secara percuma melalui Tweckbot Pre-Raya. Melalui aktiviti ini, Perodua berjaya memeriksa 380 kenderaan Perodua secara keseluruhan di dua lokasi iaitu di Tesco Kota Bharu di stesen Petronas di Kota Kinabalu dari 12-14 Mei.
Tweckbot akan berada di Petronas Sungai Buloh PLUS R&R pada 23 dan 24 Jun untuk pemeriksaan Pasca-Raya dengan menawarkan sebanyak 20% diskaun bagi alat ganti dan aksesori kepada semua kenderaan yang diperiksa yang kembali ke pusat servis sah Perodua di seluruh negara.

Perodua baru-baru ini mengagihkan 100 kerusi keselamatan kanak-kanak GearUp kepada pengguna jalan raya di tiga kawasan Rehat dan Rawat (R&R) di Semenanjung Malaysia, sebagai sebahagian daripada kempen 5-tahun Keselamatan Jalan Raya yang dilancarkan pada Oktober lalu.
KERUSI keselamatan kanak-kanak itu diserahkan kepada pemandu Perodua yang bertuah yang membawa anak-anak berusia kira-kira antara dua dan enam tahun di stesen minyak Petronas di R&R Rawang (Lebuhraya PLUS), R&R Bentong (Lebuhraya Karak) dan R&R Seremban (Lebuhraya KL-Seremban).

“Ini adalah kali pertama Perodua menganjurkan acara ini dengan kerjasama rakan niaga kami, Petronas, serta panel insurans kami,” kata Pengarah Urusan Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd, Dato ‘Dr Zahari Husin.

Kerusi keselamatan bayi, yang berharga RM622.50 (RM640 di Malaysia Timur), sesuai untuk bayi yang beratnya sehingga 13 kg, manakala kerusi kanak-kanak yang berharga RM736 (RM754.50 di Malaysia Timur) direka untuk kanak-kanak yang beratnya antara 9-36 kg.
Semua harga di atas merupakan harga pengenalan dengan 0% Cukai Barangan dan Perkhidmatan (GST), sah sehingga 30hb Jun.
“Lebih dua juta kenderaan dijangka berada di atas jalan raya di musim perayaan ini. Semakin banyak kenderaan, semakin tinggi risiko pelanggaran dan kemalangan berlaku,” kata Dato’ Dr Zahari.

The Paris-Modena race is a gathering for athletes and fans of a challenge. It will take place from June 7th to June 13th 2018.
UNDER the leadership of the famous Italian car brand Maserati and the Maserati West Europe offices, this race, as its name suggests, take place between Paris and Modena.
Besides the personal challenge, each kilometer covered during this race (around 100km per day) will raise money for the association “Rêves” to realize to dreams of ill children.
Once again Paris-Modena has attracted a large number of VIP participants, including F1 former driver and actor Paul Belmondo, Italian national cycling team coach Davide Cassani, former professional cyclists such as Alessandro Ballan, Marco Velo and Paolo Fornaciari.

The top start of the race will be on Friday, June 8th 2018 at Vienne near Lyon, France. The route will take the cyclists to Mens and the famous climb of Alpe d’Huez.
On Saturday June 9th they will continue their journey towards Galibier pass, till Modena where the city will welcome them for lunch. They will eventually reach Turin for the night.
On Sunday June 10th the cyclists will start the stage from Grugliasco “Avvocato Giovanni Agnelli Plant” where Maserati produce Quattroporte and Ghibli. The athletes will also stop at the Mirafiori plant where the Mserari Levante is produced and where they will take a ride on the well-known test track.The route will continue through Langhe region.
The fourth day, the participants will go to Lido Di Camaiore having a lunch there at Bagno Ariston Mare before a ride to Montecatini Terme. They will pass by Lucca, Collodi and reach the thermal city in the afternoon.
The last leg of the race will lead them from Montecatini Alto through Abetone and then to Modena where the cyclists will benefit of an exclusive visit of the private Panini collection, which includes some of the most beautiful historic Maserati’s cars. The final destination will be the head office of Maserati.
Pirelli will provide the P zero velo tire for the bicycles and the new colored tires for the Maserati cars.
Celcom Axiata Berhad brought the cheer of Ramadan to members of Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department Kuala Lumpur (JSPT KL) and the police officers who were on duty around Jalan Esfahan, Kuala Lumpur.
IN conjunction with the Op Selamat XIII launch, they were treated with bubur lambuk goodie bags and celebrated buka puasa along Jalan Esfahan.

The distribution parade comprising senior officials from PDRM were CP Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim, Chief Police Kuala Lumpur and DCP Dato’ Zainuddin Yaacob, Deputy Chief Police Kuala Lumpur, and ACP Zulkefly Yahaya, Head of Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department.
They were accompanied by Celcom’s senior management team which included Azmi Ujang, Chief Human Capital Officer, Ramanathan Sathiamutty, Chief Transformation Officer, Zuraida Jamaluddin, Chief Corporate Officer, and Surinderdeep Singh, Head of Enterprise Business & Solutions.
Celcom’s senior management team later joined another buka puasa session held with police officers in Jalan Tun H.S. Lee Traffic Police Station, where they presented Celcom’s contribution to the orphans and widows of the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department Kuala Lumpur at the event.
This initiative marks 14 years of collaboration between Celcom and the traffic police force since it commenced in 2005.

Passengers of KL International Airport can now enjoy a whole new digital airport experience with MYairports, a new mobile app by Malaysia Airports that enables users to plan their journey to the airport ahead of time and be navigated intelligently through the checkpoints.
MALAYSIA Airports new mobile app is a comprehensive yet user-friendly airport travel guide that promises passengers a ‘breezy’ good time as they navigate their way from home till the boarding gate in the shortest time possible.
This digital airport experience is made possible with the integration of Big Data Analytics (BDA) and aims to elevate the service level as one of the initiatives under the Total Airport Experience (TAE) pillar of the organisation’s business plan, RtS2020.
The app also signifies the progression of Malaysia Airports towards embracing Airports 4.0 whereby real-time digital interaction with passengers is key and regarded as a must have.
Malaysia Airports is currently undergoing a digital transformation that encompasses the use of BDA and the Internet of Things (IoT) devices to enhance the airport operations by anticipating foot traffic flows, managing facilities for passenger comfort and reducing queue time and congestion.
The MYairports app that is meant to provide a seamless journey to the airport and right till the boarding gate is already available on Google Playstore for Android users and App Store for iOS users.
According to Malaysia Airports managing director Datuk Badlisham Ghazali, the organization, as the custodian of 39 airports in the country, is always thinking of ways to improve the passenger journey to be a joyful Malaysian experience.
He said that with technology playing a major part in today’s world, it was ideal to harness mobile technology and craft a seamless home to gate experience for airport passengers.
“The MYairports mobile app is meant to help passengers plan your journey in the palm of your hands. With this app, you will be able to get live updates on flight information, time left to board your flights, shopping and dining promotions and important airport information. More excitingly, our MYairports app will feature dynamic wayfinding around KLIA,” he said.
Badlisham further explained that the technology implementation for the app will be constantly evolving, “For now, the app features information about KLIA Main Terminal. However, information on klia2, the second terminal will soon be made available, followed by the rest of the international airports.
There will also be a Mandarin version of the app as it is now available in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other more exciting features in the coming phases will include live queue times at various touchpoints at the airport such as check-in and immigration counters, as well as security checkpoints.
For shoppers, the ecommerce feature will enable purchases to be bought online and picked up at the airport upon arrival.”
Speaking on Malaysia Airports’ transformation journey into becoming a service leader, Badlisham commented that this app was part of the key strategy in embracing Industry 4.0 which translates into Airports 4.0 for the organization.
He announced that by the end of 2019, more systems will be in place such as the automated queue management system, an upgraded customer feedback management system and a passenger flow management system. Passengers can look forward to breeze through our airports faster due to a significant reduction in wait time.
The MYairports app was launched by Khairul Adib Abd Rahman, deputy secretary general of the Ministry of Transportation at the KLIA Experience Lab and more than 10,000 active downloads of this home-to-gate journey planning airport mobile app are expected by Malaysia Airports by the end of this year.
