NEST menawarkan dua kategori perkhidmatan iaitu “work@nest” dan “eat@nest” bagi golongan pekerja dan usahawan yang mahukan ruang selain daripada pejabat tradisional, freelancer yang berkerja di luar, usahawan dari rumah, usahawan kedai, pekerja korporat dan juga mereka yang melawat atas urusan perniagaan.

“work @ nest” menawarkan pelbagai pilihan yang berpatutan dari pas harian (RM30)
hinggalah ke ruang yang boleh disewa bulanan.

Pengguna boleh memilih meja umum atau hot desks (RM300 sebulan), meja tetap (RM600 sebulan) dan suite peribadi (RM1,200 sebulan), manakala bilik mesyuarat dan ruang acara pula dikenakan bayaran serendah RM60 sejam, bergantung pada saiz setiap ruang.

Sementara itu, eat@nest’ mempunyai lima jenama F&B yang berbeza. Antaranya ialah

Petron Catat Pendapatan Lebih Tinggi Bagi Tahun 2018

Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd (PMRMB) mengakhiri 2018 dengan jumlah hasil sebanyak RM12 bilion, peningkatan 16% daripada RM10.4 bilion yang dicatat pada tahun 2017.

PENINGKATAN ini disokong oleh harga antarabangsa yang lebih tinggi dan pertumbuhan stabil dalam jumlah jualan.

Jumlah jualan dalam tempoh itu mencapai 35.5 juta tong, naik 2% daripada 34.9 juta tong yang dijual pada tahun sebelumnya.

Syarikat telah menjalani penyelenggaraan berkala untuk Loji Penapisan Port Dickson pada bulan Oktober yang mengurangkan pengeluaran produk eksport Residu Sulfur Rendah (Low Sulfur Waxy Residue) dan Naphtha.

Walaupun eksport menurun, jualan domestik terutamanya dalam sektor runcit terus berkembang pada tempoh tersebut.

Syarikat menyifatkan trend positif dalam jualan runcit kepada permintaan yang meningkat untuk bahan api berprestasi tinggi seperti Blaze 100 Euro 4M dan Turbo Diesel Euro 5 yang dilengkapi dengan program kad kesetiaan Petron Miles yang lebih bermanfaat.

Pendapatan bersih untuk tahun ini ialah RM225 juta, 44% lebih rendah daripada RM405 juta pada 2017. Penurunan ini dapat dijelaskan menerusi kerugian bersih pada suku keempat sebanyak RM26 juta, pembalikan pendapatan bersih RM100 juta yang dicatat pada tempoh yang sama pada tahun 2017.

Dari trend menaik pada bulan Julai hingga Oktober, Dated Brent menurun secara mendadak pada bulan November dan Disember.

PMRMB menanggung kerugian inventori sehingga akhir tahun apabila harga jatuh hampir 30% kepada AS$ 57 se tong pada bulan Disember daripada AS$ 81 se tong pada bulan Oktober. Pada tahun 2017, syarikat juga melaporkan keuntungan tidak berulang berjumlah RM65.6 juta daripada penjualan wajib stesen minyak oleh kerajaan.

“Walaupun persekitaran perniagaan yang mencabar, kami terus memberi tumpuan kepada pengukuhan segmen yang bernilai tinggi seperti runcit. Kami juga memberi keutamaan kepada program-program yang bertujuan untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pelanggan sambil meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan,” kata Pengerusi PMRMB, Ramon S. Ang.

PMRMB terus berkembang bilangan stesennya pada 2018 kepada lebih daripada 640 stesen bersama syarikat-syarikat saudaranya, Petron Fuel International Sdn Bhd dan Petron Oil (M) Sdn Bhd.

Syarikat kini menjalani penjenamaan semula selepas berpisah dari syarikat induknya, Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM Berhad) pada Disember 2017.

QSR Brands Lancar Loji Rawatan Air Sisa Halal Pertama Dunia

  • QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd (QSR Brands) melalui anak syarikatnya, Ayamas Food Corporation Sdn Bhd (AFCSB), telah memperbaharui komitmennya dalam usaha mencapai kelestarian alam sekitar secara berterusan.

QSR Brands telah menambahbaik Loji Rawatan Air Sisa dan memasang Loji Kitar Semula di kilang Ayamas Food Corporation di Pelabuhan Klang dengan kerjasama Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, anak syarikat kepada MMC Corporation Berhad.

Bagi menjalankan tanggungjawab mengitar semula sisa pepejal secara lestari disamping menjadikan operasi di kilang lebih lancar dan bersih, penambahbaikan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengeluaran produk Ayamas pada masa hadapan dimana ia membolehkan air sisa dirawat sehingga 3000 m3/sehari.

Projek jangkamasa singkat ini telah berjaya disempurnakan pada 28 Oktober 2018 dalam tempoh lapan bulan.

Selaras dengan jaminan halal QSR Brands untuk pengguna dengan pematuhan sepenuhnya dalam operasi “Farm-to-Fork” setelah berunding dengan jabatan agama yang berkaitan, loji rawatan ini dilengkapi dengan teknologi untuk merawat efluen menjadi bersih, jernih dan tidak berbau.

Teknologi yang digunakan untuk projek ini menggabungkan ultra penapisan membran dengan proses rawatan air sisa biologi yang juga dikenali sebagai Membran Bio-reaktor (MBR) untuk kerja-kerja penambahbaikan Loji Rawatan Air Sisa, dan sistem penggilap untuk Loji Kitar Semula.

Sistem penapisan ultra ini menggunakan aplikasi membran yang bersijil Halal yang diiktiraf JAKIM dengan saiz liang berjulat 0.1 hingga 0.001 mikron yang membolehkan penyingkiran sisa terperangkap, bakteria, dan virus.

Loji Rawatan Air sisa ini merupakan yang pertama di dunia yang memiliki status halal serta menghasilkan air bersih, bebas daripada patogen dan kekeruhan air yang lebih rendah justeru memberikan keyakinan kepada pengguna.

“Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad berterima kasih kerana diberi peluang untuk menjadi rakan kongsi projek ini. Northport, Sojitz Malaysia And NL Cold Chain Network Sign MoU

Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), Sojitz (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Sojitz Malaysia) and NL Cold Chain Network (M) Sdn Bhd (NLCCN) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the Malaysia Japan Halal Value Chain initiative in Putrajaya.

THE collaboration is aimed at establishing an integrated halal value chain between Port Klang and Japan by creating an end-to-end logistics network and facilitate halal trade arrangement between Malaysia and Japan.

The MoU was signed by Northport’s Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Azman Shah Mohd Yusof, Sojitz Malaysia’s Managing Director, Ryuta Katori, and NLCCN’s Chief Executive Officer, Koichi Iwahara.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Yusof, Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Hiroyuki Orikasa, Japanese Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission.

Also present were representatives from Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Invest Selangor, Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) and SME Corporation Malaysia.

The signing of the MoU is in tandem with an earlier memorandum signed by Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan and the Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Hiroshige Seko on Halal cooperation to pave the way for more business opportunities in the Halal industry between the two countries.

The agreement was signed in Tokyo during the Minister’s working visit to Japan in November last year.

Under the MoU, Northport will provide integrated end-to-end logistics support and solutions for import and export of halal products through Port Klang. Sojitz Malaysia will provide the required support and promote bilateral trade of halal products through its experience and network. NLCCN will provide halal logistical support for import and export of temperature-controlled cargo in Malaysia and Japan.

“This initiative is in line with the 2nd wave of the Look East Policy under the stewardship of Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed.

“It is also in line with the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development’s aspiration to encourage more Malaysian halal products entrepreneurs to venture into the global market and also to take advantage of the upcoming Tokyo Olympic 2020 in Japan,” katanya.

These efforts will help to boost the SMEs contribution to the nation’s GDP which is targeted to be 41% by 2020, as envisioned in the National Entrepreneurship Framework”, said Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Yusof in his speech.

In doing so, the parties will also promote Selangor as the preferred investment location for Japanese Halal Manufacturers to penetrate ASEAN and Global halal market, capitalizing on Malaysia’s position as a leader in halal manufacturing and certification.

“Northport will work closely with various parties including Ministry of Entrepreneur Development (“MED”), Malaysian Investment Development Authority (“MIDA”), MATRADE, JETRO, Invest Selangor, JAKIM and SME Corporation Malaysia and to use best endeavors to secure their endorsements of the Malaysia Japan Halal Value Chain initiative”, added Dato’ Azman.
