Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (Bank Islam) komited untuk membantu pelanggan mendepani tempoh semasa yang mencabar khususnya ekoran peningkatan kes positif COVID-19 di seluruh negara.
Bantuan pembayaran bersasar, yang ditawarkan kepada mereka yang hilang pekerjaan atau mengalami pengurangan pendapatan bulanan, terus ditawarkan sehingga 30 Jun 2021.
Sebagai alternatif, pihak bank turut menyediakan pilihan Penjadualan dan Penstrukturan semula kepada pelanggan yang tidak terkesan melalui kehilangan pekerjaan atau mengalami pengurangan gaji tetapi masih memerlukan bantuan bagi membolehkan mereka mengatur semula aliran kewangan masing-masing.
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Bank Islam, Mohd Muazzam Mohamed berkata, sejak bermulanya pelaksanaan moratorium automatik pada April 2020, kami secara konsisten telah mendekati para pelanggan yang memerlukan pelan pembayaran semula yang lebih khusus.
“Sehingga kini, kadar kelulusan permohonan bagi bantuan pascamoratorium untuk pelanggan perniagaan adalah hampir 100%. Sementara bagi pelanggan runcit, kami telah meluluskan 100% daripada jumlah permohonan yang lengkap dengan dokumen sokongan, yang mana 43% kelulusan untuk penangguhan selama tiga (3) bulan dan baki 57% kelulusan di bawah pelan pengurangan ansuran selama enam (6) bulan.
“Pihak Bank juga giat menghubungi para pelanggan yang terkesan tetapi masih belum menghantar dokumen sokongan yang diperlukan bagi permohonan bantuan pembayaran semula bersasar mereka. Di samping itu, proses permohonan juga telah dipermudahkan bagi membantu pelanggan.”
“Kami sedar terdapat pelanggan yang mungkin terus mengalami tekanan aliran tunai ekoran pandemik yang sedang melanda dan memerlukan sokongan tambahan bagi membolehkan mereka menguruskan keadaan kewangan dengan lebih baik,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.
Sehubungan itu, Bank Islam sentiasa bersedia untuk berbincang dan menyediakan penyelesaian kewangan terbaik bagi membantu mereka mendepani keadaan yang mencabar ini.
“Kakitangan kami juga secara proaktif menghubungi pelanggan yang mungkin terjejas, terutamanya dalam sektor yang terkesan ekoran penularan COVID- 19. Ini termasuk warga kerja dalam sektor pelancongan, hospitaliti dan penerbangan.
“Ia merupakan sebahagian daripada tanggungjawab kami untuk membantu pelanggan bagi membolehkan mereka mengukuhkan kewangan masing-masing,” katanya.
Beliau menambah, walaupun tempoh moratorium automatik selama enam bulan telah berakhir pada akhir September 2020, Bank Islam terus mempertimbangkan permohonan daripada pelanggan terkesan yang memerlukan bantuan pembayaran semula ini.
Setakat hari ini, 98% pelanggan Bank Islam telah menyambung semula komitmen pembayaran pembiayaan mereka. Pembayaran semula ini dapat memastikan kecairan dan sumber kewangan sentiasa tersedia bagi membolehkan Bank Islam terus memberikan sokongan kepada individu dan perniagaan lain.

Hong Kong dan Singapura telah mencapai satu perjanjian secara dasar untuk mewujudkan sebuah Gelembung Perjalanan Udara (ATB) dua hala.
Penyusunan penting ini akan membantu menghidupkan semula perjalanan udara rentas sempadan di antara dua hab penerbangan dengan satu cara yang selamat dan progresif.
Hong Kong dan Singapura menikmati hubungan perdagangan, pelaburan, kewangan, pelancongan dan hubungan orang dengan orang yang kukuh.

“Pengumuman itu tepat pada masanya dengan pelancaran satu protokol kebersihan standard oleh HKTB untuk sektor yang berkaitan dengan pelancongan dengan Agensi Jaminan Kualiti Hong Kong, yang telah diumumkan pada minggu lalu.
Protokol itu membolehkan sektor yang berkaitan dengan pelancongan bersiap sedia untuk mengalu-alukan kembali kedatangan pengunjung, dan pada masa yang sama meningkatkan keyakinan pengunjung dalam perjalanan ke Hong Kong.
HKTB juga berharap agar siri 360 Detik Hong Kong yang berterusan itu akan mengekalkan jenama destinasi kita dan memastikan bahawa bandar raya kita tetap menjadi perhatian utama bagi orang ramai di seluruh dunia sebelum gelembung perjalanan yang lain terbentuk.”
Yang pertama dalam siri 360 Detik Hong Kong adalah sebuah filem realiti maya 360 darjah, yang dibuat khas untuk kempen Great Outdoors Hong Kong pada tahun ini.

The mall is set to provide professional and affordable medical solutions for everyone and will house more than a dozen specialties and first of its kind facilities in the country, such as a Urology and Nephrology Hospital. Refurbishment works are being carried out for the upcoming mall and is expected to open its doors to serve the community by mid of 2021.
The fully operational LifeCare DK mall is projected to house a Urology and Nephrology Hospital with 20-bedded wards, operating theatres with the latest equipment, a rehabilitation and physiotherapy hub, aged care centre and advanced diagnostic imaging department.
In the pipeline, there are plans to engage vendors to occupy retail lots within the mall to offer complementary products and services to customers, such as traditional Chinese medicine and chiropractic services.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), pengedar rasmi kenderaan Mitsubishi Motors di Malaysia, mengumumkan spesifikasi penuh Mitsubishi XPANDER.
Crossover tujuh tempat duduk ini sekarang dibuka untuk tempahan di semua bilik pameran bertauliah Mitsubishi Motors di seluruh negara, sebelum pelancaran rasminya di Malaysia yang dijadualkan pada November 2020.

Available on both desktop and mobile, the process is easy and convenient as customers only just need to select their preferred dealership, preferred date and time, key in their vehicle details, An Aftersales advisor will then be in touch to confirm the appointment booking.
Another digital-first is Service Cam, which complements the next service step to offer convenience to Volkswagen owners. Owners now have more flexibility with their time after sending their vehicle in, while still be able to make informed decisions without having to physically be at the service centre.
With Service Cam, their respective Service Advisors will share a detailed walkthrough video of the vehicle along with recommendations on parts replacements, if required. This service only highlights parts that are not covered within the scheduled service maintenance, after which the customer can review these parts to decide whether to accept or decline the job.

These stringent hygiene processes are part of the Volkswagen #Safehands initiative – and now the move towards digitalizing aftersales work to provide even more assurance to customers to ‘return’ to Volkswagen dealerships in the ‘new normal’, especially those who may not feel comfortable waiting at the service centre or being out of their homes.
Service Cam further complements #Safehands contactless initiatives as the customer only needs to drop off their key and confirm vehicle acceptance and undergo 5-Star Service Check digitally.
Any additional repair work needed is sent via video link to the customer, together with an e-quotation so that the customer can make an informed decision.
Finally, once the vehicle is ready, any explanation of the invoice followed by vehicle handover will also be done via Service Cam. The customer will be able to make an electronic payment and collect the vehicle.
Additionally, Volkswagen owners are urged to take advantage of current aftersales promotions, which include Repair Packages for vehicles older than five years. The Repair Package offers owners up to RM1,394 savings on shock absorbers and up to RM992 savings on brakes.
Available packages are for front absorbers, rear absorbers, front and rear brake and discs.
