AirAsia Raih Dua Anugerah Di World Travel Awards 2017

AirAsia dinobatkan sebagai Syarikat Penerbangan Tambang Rendah Terbaik Dunia lima
tahun berturut-turut dan menerima anugerah sulung bagi Kru Kabin Syarikat Penerbangan Tambah Rendah Terbaik Dunia

AIRASIA telah dinobatkan sebagai Syarikat Penerbangan Tambang Rendah Terbaik Dunia bagi tahun kelima berturut-turut di World Travel Awards (WTA) 2017. AirAsia mengungguli kategori tersebut setelah menerima undian tertinggi daripada para pemain industri profesional dari seluruh dunia, menewaskan Southwest Airlines, JetBlue, Ryanair, easyJet, Jetstar Airways, Norwegian Air, West Air, flydubai, Air Arabia, flynas, kulula, Mangga dan fastjet.

Syarikat penerbangan tambang rendah terbesar di Asia berdasarkan jumlah penumpang itu juga memenangi anugerah sulung bagi Kru Kabin Syarikat Penerbangan Tambah Rendah Terbaik Dunia, mengatasi 13 syarikat penerbangan yang lain. Kemenangan ini adalah susulan kejayaannya pada awal tahun ini setelah memenangi anugerah Kru Kabin Syarikat Penerbangan Tambang Rendah Terbaik Asia dan pada tahun 2015, apabila ia dinobatkan sebagai syarikat penerbangan tambang rendah pertama yang memenangi anugerah Kru Kabin Terbaik Asia, menumpaskan syarikat penerbangan perkhidmatan penuh seperti Singapore Airlines, Air Korea dan Cathay Pacific.

Ketua Komersial Kumpulan AirAsia, Siegtraund Teh dan kru kabin kanan, Rosita Sulaiman menerima anugerah tersebut pada majlis berprestij yang diadakan di JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay di Vietnam semalam. Turut hadir adalah Pengerusi Eksekutif AirAsia Berhad, Datuk Kamarudin Meranun; Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan AirAsia, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes; Pengarah Bebas Bukan Eksekutif AirAsia Berhad, Dato’ Fam Lee Ee dan rakan kongsi AirAsia Vietnam, Tran Trong Kien.

PEMAJU perbandaran yang menerima pelbagai anugerah, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) mendekati pembeli kediaman dengan melancarkan galeri hartanah LBS di M3 Mall yang terletak di Gombak, Selangor baru-baru ini. Pelancaran ini menandakan dua pencapaian utama kumpulan tersebut.

Ini adalah pelancaran galeri hartanah LBS yang pertama di ruang niaga dan pembabitan  sulung LBS dalam pengurusan ruang niaga. “Kami memilih M3 Mall sebagai lokasi galeri hartanah kerana ia melambangkan satu elemen yang penting iaitu kemudahan kepada pembeli kediaman. Campaign aims to demystify general insurance and help Malaysians understand the importance of insurance protection.

AIG Malaysia launched #AIGJagaYou, a customer-centric nationwide campaign that is expected to reach out and appeal to the Malaysian community. The campaign exemplifies AIG’s commitment to of doing things differently, especially in demystifying general insurance among Malaysians and helping them understand the importance of insurance protection.

The word “jaga” is derived from Bahasa Malaysia, which simply means to take care of. #AIGJagaYou kicks off with a partnership with Community Policing Malaysia that strives to promote a safer community through close cooperation with the police. The non-profit organization consists of ordinary citizens, retired police officers and everyone who cares and who are concerned for the safety of society.

AIG Malaysia’s contribution of RM12,000 is expected to aid the organization’s efforts in policing activities, including collaborating with them on several of their future initiatives. This collaboration will be followed by a series of educational videos on #AIGJagaYou into the market, including a social media campaign to provide greater appeal to the AIG brand and reach out to customers with a more local look and feel.

AIG Malaysia’s Chief Executive Officer Antony Lee described the campaign as a game changer for the brand in Malaysia in reaching out and appealing to Malaysians through simple messaging and objectives.

“AIG is your Jaga who is always here for you. We want to be there for our customers and help them to live the life they want, by providing a fresh Malaysian perspective on insurance,” he added. The Jaga campaign was first conceived in August 2016 to provide a stronger proposition for AIG Travel Insurance in the market.

Perodua Tweckbot Vehicle Inspection Service Makes A Comeback For Christmas

As the New Year approaches, Perodua is offering a free 50-point check as part of its Tweckbot programme to ensure that holiday-goers’ Perodua vehicles are in the best possible condition for long journeys.

THE Perodua Tweckbot is a mobile vehicle service team which inspects Perodua vehicles at selected locations during festive seasons. This is the fourth Perodua Tweckbot programme held this year, with close to 5,000 vehicles checked since the programme began in 2011.

The team will be stationed at the Giant Hypermarket in Kota Damansara this weekend (15-17 December, 10am-5pm), to provide a free 50-point safety check to all Perodua vehicles this festive season and school holidays.

“The Perodua Tweckbot represents our commitment to customers in providing them with the very best in terms of products and services. It is also one of our Road Safety Campaign initiatives,” Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk (Dr) Aminar Rashid Salleh said.

“At Perodua, You Matter Most, and we want to ensure that during this festive period and school holidays, your Perodua vehicles are in the best possible shape for the long journeys you and your loved ones may take,” added Datuk (Dr) Aminar.

The 50-point inspection comprises engine, transmission, coolant (coolant level, fan and temperature), brake (fluid and pad wear), power steering, clutch, tyre, suspension and electrical (battery, lights and water) checks, with each inspection taking 10-15 minutes.

Additionally, a 20% discount on parts and accessories will be given to all vehicles that return to Perodua service branches and dealers (terms and conditions apply). The Perodua Tweckbot started as a Twitter-based service (Twitter + check + robot) offering free inspections at specified times and locations. Tweckbot gradually expanded into other mediums such as Facebook and traditional media to reach out to more Perodua owners.

Baru-baru ini, PROTON telah menggesa pengedar dan pengendali pusat perkhidmatan untuk menaik taraf kemudahan mereka sebagai persediaan untuk model baharu Proton yang akan diperkenalkan pada tahun hadapan. Pengedar-pengedar tersebut turut dijemput untuk memandu uji model Geely Boyue yang bakal diperkenalkan di Malaysia tidak lama lagi. “Pada awalnya saya agak ragu-ragu tetapi apabila saya mula duduk di dalam Boyue, saya tahu ini adalah kenderaan yang terbaik untuk imej baharu PROTON,” jelas Ryan.

Pandangannya turut dikongsi oleh Susan Leong dari Hoi Keen Service di Kuantan. Hoi Keen mengendalikan pusat servis serta pusat membaiki dan mengecat PROTON. “Ia mempunyai reka bentuk dalaman yang mewah dan terasa sangat premium bagi segmennya,” kata Susan.

Seorang veteran dalam industri, Dato’ Shamshudin dari Pantai Bharu yang mempunyai sebuah pusat PROTON 4S di Jalan Meru menyatakan keyakinannya terhadap PROTON dan Geely. “Kerjasama itu ada dan Boyue pasti akan memberi kesan yang besar di Malaysia,” kata Shamshudin.

Para pengedar juga berpeluang melawat ke Institut Penyelidikan Geely dan telah dipertonton dengan teknologi semasa dan pelbagai reka bentuk pada masa hadapan. Pengguna Jalan Raya Di Selangor Boleh Guna Waze Untuk Laporkan Jalan Berlubang

Pengurus Negara bagi Waze Malaysia, Edward Ling berkata dengan inisiatif ini, para pemandu di Selangor dapat melaporkan lubang-lubang jalan terus kepada pihak-pihak berkuasa dengan mudah dan cekap, dan lubang-lubang tersebut dapat ditampal secepat mungkin.

“Waze sentiasa mengambil berat tentang komuniti kami. Anggota-anggota komunitiIah yang sentiasa berkongsi data trafik masa nyata dan makluman lain yang berkaitan bagi membantu memastikan perjalanan yang lebih lancar. Kami berharap badan-badan kerajaan akan menerima pakai dan bekerjasama dengan Waze melalui program pertukaran data yang percuma ini,” katanya.

Menurut Unit Penghantaran Smart Selangor (SSDU), inisiatif ini meliputi kesemua Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan Negeri Selangor, iaitu: Petaling Jaya (MBPJ), Shah Alam (MBSA), Hulu Selangor (MDHS), Kuala Langat (MDKL), Kuala Selangor (MDKS), Sabak Bernam (MDSB), Ampang Jaya (MPAJ), Kajang (MPKJ), Klang (MPK), Selayang (MPS), Sepang (MPSepang) dan Subang Jaya (MPSJ). Walau bagaimanapun, beberapa jalan raya di Selangor merupakan milik persendirian atau diurus oleh Jabatan Kerja Raya, Pejabat Daerah / Tanah, atau Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia dan Persatuan Syarikat Konsesi Lebuhraya Malaysia secara berasingan.

Timbalan Pengarah SSDU, Dr Fahmi Ngah berkata, bagi tempoh dari Januari hingga November tahun ini, Kerajaan Negeri Selangor telah menerima lebih daripada 19,000 laporan melalui para pengguna Waze dan telah menampal hampir kesemua lubang-lubang jalan di jalan raya yang dikendali oleh pihak berkuasa tempatan. “Kerjasama di antara kerajaan dan rakyat ini telah menunjukkan kesan yang nyata, dan kami berharap rakyat Selangor akan terus membantu kerajaan dalam mengesan lubang jalan melalui apl Waze.”

Renault Captur Versi Facelift Bakal Diperkenalkan Di Pasaran Tidak Lama Lagi-Spyshots

Renault Captur yang kini sudah menjengah usia empat tahun dalam pasaran global dilihat bakal memperkenalkan versi facelift dengan sentuhan yang lebih segar.

MODEL itu ditemui oleh peminat Prebiu.com yang mengirimkan beberapa keping gambar eksklusif ketika kenderaan model crossover segmen B itu sedang menjalani ujian pandu uji di sebuah kawasan rehat di lebuh raya Utara-Selatan baru-baru ini.

Melihat kepada contoh model yang diperkenalkan di pasaran luar negara, model itu dijangka diberikan sentuhan baru di bahagian depannya menerusi grilnya diberikan rekaan semula dengan elemen palang krom pada logonya. Lampu utama LED Pure Vision juga diberikan sebagai pilihan. Lampu kabus LED dalam bentuk C pula terletak pada bahagian sudut bamparnya. Pendekatan reka bentuk pencahayaan ini turut dilanjutkan ke bahagian belakang menerusi lampu belakang dengan lampu panduan LED.
