NZ Wheels upgrades its Johor Bahru Autohaus to the latest Mercedes-Benz standards and corporate identity.
- NZ Wheels Johor Bahru features the first southern region AMG Performance Center in conjunction with its Autohaus upgrade.
- The refurbishment includes an update to the latest Mercedes-Benz Presentation System (MPS II) and Corporate Identity (CI).
- Recognising the demand from passionate owners of Mercedes-AMG automobiles, the AMG Performance Centre offers a dedicated area to experience Mercedes-AMG vehicles.

MERCEDES-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MBM) together with authorised dealer NZ Wheels, continue to strengthen their partnership with the unveiling of the completely refurbished Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Johor Bahru Autohaus (Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels JB Autohaus). The upgrade also premiers the launch of an AMG Performance Centre, a first of-its-kind in the southern region.

With a total built-up of 18,692.40 sq. ft., the Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels JB Autohaus is able to display 11 showroom vehicles, and is managed by 32 personnel across sales, technical services and spare parts functions. A 3S centre, the Autohaus presently has 12 work bays, capable of servicing up to 500 vehicles per month to cope with the increasing need for premium customer service and experience.

With a total upgrading cost of RM6 million, Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels JB Autohaus is now compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), the global Autohaus benchmark of customer experience, complete with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI). The Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Johor Bahru Autohaus is one of six authorised dealer groups catering to the southern region. Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels JB Autohaus is complemented with Service Differentiation – a menu of customised and personalised services for customer convenience and tailored after-sales services depending on customers’ lifestyle which include pickup/drop-off of customers’ vehicles, after-hours drop-off and fast-lane service. The Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels JB Autohaus is also equipped with a private Star Lounge for a discrete and exclusive atmosphere.
For customers’ convenience under the same roof, financial services from Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia and official Mercedes-Benz accessories and merchandise are also available.
