PUTRAJAYA was a whirlwind of activity on 26 November 2017 as members of the media raced about the city in a bid to win cash prizes totalling RM10,000. Hosted by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd (Putrajaya Holdings), the inaugural PjH Explorace 2017 combined elements of reality TV series The Amazing Race and a treasure hunt to provide a thrilling avenue for the participants, who also included local celebrity and PjHomes Brand Ambassador Noor Neelofa and selected residents, to get acquainted with the city.
“As an integrated cosmopolitan city, Putrajaya has so much to offer. The PjH Explorace gives the media in particular a chance to explore the place and PjHomes properties and have a fun and thrilling experience,” said Sabariah Ramli, the General Manager of Marketing and Commercial Division, Putrajaya Holdings.
A total of 20 teams, each comprising four (4) team members, took part in the event. The PjH Explorace route took the teams to various popular landmarks and development projects around the city as well as a host of residential enclaves. At each of these stops, the participants were required to complete specific tasks, which included answering questions based on general knowledge and/or the respective properties, snapping wefies and taking on a variety of food tasting and physical challenges.
To add to the merriment, a lucky draw was also held during the day, featuring exciting prizes which include a smart phone, 32” LED TV and other home appliances.
As the federal administrative centre of Malaysia, Putrajaya is the nation’s pride.
