Mah Sing Launches 70 Units Aster – Two Storey Link Homes In Rawang

Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) continues to unlock the value of Rawang by launching its first project in M Aruna township, Aster, on 29 and 30 September 2018.

THE Gross Development Value (GDV) of the township is RM520 million. Aster are two-storey link homes (20’ X 60’) with a built-up of 1,666 sq. ft., priced from RM506,000. Mah Sing’s presence in Rawang spans approximately 480 acres covering three townships – M Aruna, M Residence 1 and M Residence 2.

Kira-kira 22,000 unit Perodua Myvi baharu yang masih lagi belum diserahkan setakat akhir September, Perodua kini menumpukan usaha mengurangkan tempoh menunggu para pelanggannya kepada jangka masa lebih wajar.

PRESIDEN dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Perodua, Datuk (Dr) Aminar Rashid Salleh berkata, pihaknya masih belum dapat memberikan tempoh masa penghantaran yang penuh, namun tenaga kerja di bahagian pengeluaran telah memulakan pengeluarannya dan seterusnya proses penghantaran akan bermula tidak lama lagi.

Perodua Myvi 1.3 X Green

“Di sebalik isu yang tidak diingini ini, kami amat bersyukur kerana rakyat Malaysia masih terus menyokong Perodua. Kami ingin memohon maaf kepada para pelanggan yang terjejas kerana terpaksa menunggu,” katanya.

Antara Januari dan September tahun ini, Perodua telah menjual 168,200 kenderaan – kenaikan 11% ke atas 151,600 kenderaan yang dijual dalam tempoh yang sama pada tahun 2017.

“Kenaikan jualan ini boleh dikaitkan dengan sambutan positif untuk Perodua Myvi yang baharu serta model-model kami yang lain – Axia, Bezza dan Alza – yang masing-masing terjual sebanyak 53,700, 38,100 dan 18,400 unit pada tahun ini setakat ini,” katanya.

Bagaimanapun, Perodua hanya menjual kira-kira 9,500 buah kenderaan keseluruhannya pada bulan September lalu berikutan pengeluaran Myvi yang terpaksa dihentikan bermula daripada Ogos disebabkan isu teknikal di salah satu vendornya.

“Kami menjemput para pelanggan kami untuk berkunjung ke bilik pameran kami dan bercakap dengan penasihat jualan kami yang sah untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai model kami serta promosi semasa kami,” katanya.

FUJIFILM Corporation is pleased to announce that it will launch “instax SQUARE SQ20” (SQ20) compatible with square format film as a new addition to the instax series of instant camera line, which allows users to enjoy on-the-spot photo printing.

The SQ20 has a variety of functions such as motion mode which can print the best moment of moving subjects easily and other new functions which can enjoy dynamic photos. The stylish and easy-to-hold design allows the camera to be taken anywhere, ensuring you never miss a precious moment.

The SQ20 offers a wide variety of functions that allow you to enjoy both taking and printing photos. In addition to normal shooting for still images, a new function called “Motion Mode” allows you to take a video (max 15 seconds), use a dial on the backside of the camera, and easily print the best moment of moving subjects something that has been difficult to achieve previously.

Honda City Remains No 1 In The B-Segment

The City stood out as the most popular model for Honda Malaysia in 1H2018

The Honda City has always been a popular choice among car buyers here in Malaysia, and today, Honda Malaysia announced a new milestone for the B-segment sedan model with the sale of the 300,000th unit.

HONDA City’s popularity in Malaysia is undeniable. The 2nd Generation City which was launched in 2001 sold more than 61,000 units while the 3 rd Generation City brought the legacy a step higher with more than 85,000 units sold.

The current 4 th Generation City recorded more than 155,300 units since its launch in 2014. When the newly enhanced and refreshed 4 th Generation City was launched in March 2017, it
continued to be well accepted, with more than 48,900 units sold since then till August 2018.

Between January to August 2018, sales of the City contributed 30% to the overall sales for Honda Malaysia, and captured 51% of the market share in the B-segment.

During the same period, sales showed an increase of 16% compared to the same period in 2017. These positive numbers resulted in Honda Malaysia maintaining its No.1 position in the Non-National segment and No.2 position in overall Total Industry Volume (TIV) to-date.

Throughout the period of January to August 2018, the E variant emerged as the top selling variant with a sales contribution of 44% while the V variant contributed 33%.

Sales from the Central region was the highest contributor at 49%, followed by Southern region and Northern region at 20% and 19% respectively.

Novo Nordisk Lancar Rawatan Diabetes Inovatif Ryzodeg® di Malaysia

Novo Nordisk, peneraju global dalam penjagaan diabetes memperkenalkan Ryzodeg® di Malaysia, rawatan insulin kombinasi yang dihasilkan daripada nisbah 70:30 dua jenis insulin berbeza – insulin degludec dan insulin aspart yang membantu mengekalkan kawalan paras glukosa yang stabil.

DIABETES adalah masalah kesihatan yang serius di Malaysia. Dengan hampir satu daripada lima rakyat Malaysia menghidap diabetes1 pada hari ini, prevalens seluruh negara bagi diabetes jenis 2 secara khususnya telah meningkat kepada lebih daripada 20 peratus di kalangan orang dewasa yang berusia 30 tahun ke atas, melibatkan 2.8 juta individu.

Selain prevalens, pengurusan diabetes turut menghadapi cabaran-cabaran tertentu. Pakar Runding Endokrinologi di Hospital Putrajaya, Dr Zanariah Hussein berkata bahawa “kira-kira hanya 20 peratus daripada pesakit-pesakit diabetes di Malaysia yang menerima rawatan dalam penjagaan primer berupaya mengawal paras glukosa dalam darah mereka.

Ini membimbangkan kerana paras glukosa dalam darah yang tidak terkawal boleh menyebabkan pelbagai komplikasi yang serius seperti peningkatan risiko bagi penyakit-penyakit kardiovaskular, kerosakan pada saraf, kegagalan buah pinggang serta komplikasi-komplikasi pada mata dan kaki.

“Malah, kematian berkaitan diabetes di Malaysia menyumbang kepada 3.09 peratus (4,628) daripada jumlah kematian di seluruh negara pada tahun 20175.

Para penghidap diabetes menghadapi pelbagai cabaran dalam menguruskan komitmen harian mereka serta bermacam-macam jenis kerumitan yang berkaitan dengan rawatan diabetes.

Prof Dr Alex Tan, Profesor Madya dan Pakar Endokrinologi, Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaysia menerangkan bahawa “adalah sangat penting untuk rakyat Malaysia yang menghidap diabetes melengkapkan diri dengan segala alat yang diperlukan untuk menguruskan paras glukosa dalam darah yang tinggi dengan berkesan.

Pilihan-pilihan rawatan insulin yang sedia ada memang memberi kawalan glukosa yang berkesan, namun berbeza dari segi risiko hipoglisemia, keperluan untuk pencampuran semula (resuspension), regimen yang tidak fleksibel dan keperluan untuk menggunakan lebih daripada satu alat, bagi sesetengah pesakit.”

Gabungan formulasi ini yang tidak memerlukan pencampuran semula memberikan perlindungan selama 24 jam yang menjadikan glukosa plasma ketika berpuasa lebih baik dan memberi kawalan yang lebih baik untuk satu atau dua hidangan yang berkaitan dengan ekskursi glukosa.

Pegangan Pasaran Proton Meningkat Berikutan Jualan Tinggi

Jualan sebanyak 4,524 pada bulan September dan pegangan pasaran dianggarkan 15%

Selepas tiga bulan berturut-turut mencatatkan rekod kenaikan jualan pada 2018, jualan kereta di Malaysia menyusut pada bulan September selepas penguatkuasaan Cukai Perkhidmatan dan Jualan (SST).

PROTON tidak dikecualikan di mana Syarikat mencatat jualan tertinggi sejak 36 bulan lalu dengan jualan sebanyak 9,501 unit, telah memperoleh jualan sebanyak 4,524 unit. Meskipun terdapat penurunan pada jumlah keseluruhan jualan, pegangan pasaran pada peratusan Jumlah Keseluruhan Industri (TIV) meningkat kepada 15%, paras tinggi baharu untuk tahun ini dan merupakan peratusan pegangan tertinggi sejak Mei 2017.

Peningkatan keseluruhan pegangan pasaran menunjukkan jualan PROTON kekal meningkat pada September berbanding pesaing-pesaing utamanya. Peratusan sebenar akan disahkan selepas pengumuman rasmi oleh Persatuan Automotif Malaysia (MAA) tetapi dari konteks sebelum ini, hasil yang diperoleh adalah sangat bagus.

Jualan dari tahun ke tahun meningkat sebanyak 1% dan pegangan pasaran sebanyak 4% berbanding 2017, hasil yang sangat memberangsangkan memandangkan jualan bulan September selalunya perlahan.

Analisis selanjutnya menunjukkan pertumbuhan dalam pegangan pasaran sebagai sebahagian daripada trend keseluruhan PROTON dari awal 2018 dengan peningkatan yang ketara pada bulan Ogos (14.5%) yang telah dibawa sehingga bulan September.

“Kami meramalkan kesusutan TIV bagi bulan September kerana pelaksanaan GST berkadar sifar pada tiga bulan sebelum ini telah mewujudkan peningkatan jualan yang luar biasa dalam pasaran. Setelah pembeli berpusu-pusu untuk membeli kereta baharu dan SST sudah dilaksanakan, pembeli kembali kepada corak pembelian kebiasaannya tetapi terdapat pembetulan dalam jangka masa pendek.

PROTON membuat keputusan untuk meminimakan impak dengan menyerap SST dan keputusan kami telah memanfaatkan kami berikutan keseluruhan jumlah jualan bertambah ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi setakat ini,” kata Abdul Rashid Musa, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif PROTON Edar.

Selain daripada penjimatan yang ditawarkan, maklum balas yang diterima dari para pembeli mengenai faktor tambahan yang mendorong mereka membeli sebuah kereta Proton. Pertama adalah kualiti kereta yang telah ditambahbaik sejak pelaksanaan sistem audit dari Geely.

Aktiviti seperti One Tank Adventure yang diadakan baru-baru ini juga telah meningkatkan kewujudan kereta kami sementara membuktikan penjimatan penggunaan bahan api bagi sebuah kereta Proton berbanding dengan pesaingnya,” tambah Abdul Rashid.

Pada 7 September, PROTON mengadakan sesi pratonton untuk bahagian luaran dan dalaman Proton X70 yang baharu kepada para media di Malaysia. Pada hari berikutannya, tempahan SUV Proton pertama dibuka secara rasmi di mana pusat cawangan dan pengedar mula menerima deposit daripada pelanggan yang bersemangat ingin membeli model tersebut.

Aktiviti pratonton pelanggan kemudiannya diadakan pada 19 September bermula dengan wilayah tengah dan diteruskan sehingga 4 November meliputi tujuh bandar di lima wilayah di Malaysia yang utama bagi Syarikat.

“PROTON ingin mendekat seramai 6,000 pembeli berpotensi melalui sesi pratonton ini, yang diharapkan meningkatkan jumlah tempahan pra-pelancaran yang kami terima. Ini adalah kali pertama Syarikat memulakan inisiatif sebegini sebelum melancarkan model baharu dan kami berterima kasih atas maklum balas positif setakat ini,” kata Abdul Rashid.

Pelanggan PROTON boleh menikmati tawaran harga tanpa SST untuk semua kereta Proton kerana Syarikat memutuskan untuk melanjutkan tempoh penyerapan SST bagi semua kereta bagi tempoh sebulan lagi. Terdapat juga tambahan promosi iaitu rebat untuk model terpilih.

“Kami berterima kasih kepada kerajaan kerana memperkenalkan SST kerana ia menurunkan harga bagi semua kereta Proton.

Syarikat telah memutuskan untuk melanjutkan tawaran harga tanpa SST untuk tempoh sebulan lagi kerana kami ingin menawarkan penjimatan kepada semua pelanggan. Di samping itu, kami juga mahu menarik pembeli berpotensi dengan tawaran rebat sehingga RM3,000 untuk model terpilih.

Selaras dengan pengumuman kerajaan untuk menamatkan kutipan untuk Tabung Harapan pada akhir September, PROTON akan menyerahkan sumbangan sebanyak RM220,370, daripada kutipan RM10 bagi setiap kereta yang dijual pada bulan Julai, Ogos dan September 2018.

Bersama dengan sumbangan sebanyak RM61,730 yang sebelum ini telah diserahkan untuk penjualan kereta pada bulan Jun, jumlah keseluruhan sumbangan dari Syarikat adalah sebanyak RM282,100.
