Local Celebrity Noor Neelofa Joined PjH Explorace 2017

PUTRAJAYA was a whirlwind of activity on 26 November 2017 as members of the media raced about the city in a bid to win cash prizes totalling RM10,000. Hosted by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd (Putrajaya Holdings), the inaugural PjH Explorace 2017 combined elements of reality TV series The Amazing Race and a treasure hunt to provide a thrilling avenue for the participants, who also included local celebrity and PjHomes Brand Ambassador Noor Neelofa and selected residents, to get acquainted with the city.

“As an integrated cosmopolitan city, Putrajaya has so much to offer. The PjH Explorace gives the media in particular a chance to explore the place and PjHomes properties and have a fun and thrilling experience,” said Sabariah Ramli, the General Manager of Marketing and Commercial Division, Putrajaya Holdings.

A total of 20 teams, each comprising four (4) team members, took part in the event. The PjH Explorace route took the teams to various popular landmarks and development projects around the city as well as a host of residential enclaves. At each of these stops, the participants were required to complete specific tasks, which included answering questions based on general knowledge and/or the respective properties, snapping wefies and taking on a variety of food tasting and physical challenges.

To add to the merriment, a lucky draw was also held during the day, featuring exciting prizes which include a smart phone, 32” LED TV and other home appliances.

As the federal administrative centre of Malaysia, Putrajaya is the nation’s pride. Fattah Amin Dan Fazura Akhirnya Bernikah Malam Tadi

Pasangan itu sah diijabkabulkan dengan sekali lafaz kira-kira jam 9.50 malam tadi di hotel Ritz Carlton, Kuala Lumpur

BELUMPUN reda spekulasi majlis pertunangan secara senyap antara pasangan Fattah Amin, 27, dan Nur Fazura Sharifuddin, 34, pada 13 November lalu, malam tadi berlangsung pula majlis pernikahan secara tertutup yang diadakan di sebuah hotel terkemuka di ibu kota ini.

Pasangan itu yang mengadakan sidang akhbar pada 23 November lalu sejurus pulang dari menunaikan ibadah umrah, tidak menafikan akan bernikah dalam masa terdekat dan akhirnya malam tadi pasangan itu sah bergelar suami isteri.

Syarikat rakaman Fazura, Universal Music dalam satu kenyataan ringkas memaklumkan, pasangan itu sah diijabkabulkan dengan sekali lafaz kira-kira jam 9.50 malam.

Pernikahan itu berlangsung dalam satu majlis tertutup yang dihadiri keluarga dan rakan terdekat sahaja.

Fattah, 27, dan Fazura, 34, pada Khamis lalu (23 November) merungkai segala persoalan dan spekulasi mengenai hubungan mereka yang dikatakan telah bernikah sebelum berangkat menunaikan umrah pada 15 November lalu.

Menerusi sidang media yang diadakan sejurus mereka tiba di tanah air, pasangan itu menyangkal dakwaan sudah berkahwin sebaliknya hanya melangsungkan pertunangan pada 13 November lalu.

Bagaimanapun, dalam sidang media itu, pasangan sama cantik dan sama padan itu tidak menafikan akan bernikah dalam masa terdekat yang akan diadakan secara tertutup sementara majlis resepsi pula akan diadakan pada tahun depan.

Dormitori Lebih Selesa Untuk Waris Pesakit Di IJN

  • TNB tanggung kos naik taraf, senggara dan operasi untuk tempoh lima tahun

TENAGA Nasional Berhad (TNB) telah menjalin usaha sama dengan Yayasan Institut Jantung Negara (IJNF) untuk menaik taraf dormitori di kompleks Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) bagi kegunaan ahli keluarga atau waris pesakit.

Syarikat utiliti negara itu menyumbang hampir RM390,000 secara ‘one off’ untuk kos menaik taraf  dan menambah baik infrastruktur yang meliputi  keperluan asas dormitori.

Usaha sama tersebut, satu lagi inisiatif Tanggungjawab Korporat (CR) TNB, turut melibatkan kos penyenggaraan dan operasi dormitori bagi tempoh lima tahun sehingga 2021 berjumlah RM200,000 setahun.

“Dengan adanya dormitori yang lebih selesa dan serba baharu ini, ahli keluarga serta waris pesakit boleh tinggal buat sementara dalam keadaan selesa dan selamat,” demikian menurut Ahli Lembaga Pengarah TNB, Datuk Sakhtivel Alagappan di Majlis Perasmian Better Brighter Dormitory IJN Foundation – Tenaga Nasional di Kuala Lumpur, baru-baru ini.

Menurut Datuk Sakhtivel, kemudahan itu boleh mengurangkan beban golongan terbabit yang tidak mampu menyewa bilik hotel dan terpaksa berada di sisi pesakit untuk tempoh yang lama.

Katanya, usaha sama ini selaras dengan slogan TNB, “Better. Brighter” yang mencerminkan komitmen TNB dalam menyinari kehidupan masyarakat agar mereka dapat menikmati kehidupan yang selesa.

Sementara itu, Pengerusi IJN Foundation, Toh Puan Dato’ Seri Dr. Hajah Aishah Ong, dalam ucapan aluannya berkata, pembukaan “Better Brighter Dormitory IJN Foundation – Tenaga Nasional” ini juga amat bermakna bagi Institut Jantung Negara kerana dirasmikan bersempena ulang tahun ke-25 IJN dan ulang tahun ke-22 IJN Foundation pada tahun ini.

“Better Brighter Dormitory IJN Foundation – Tenaga Nasional” ini mampu menampung seramai 56 penghuni dalam suatu masa. Terdapat 3 kategori pilihan penginapan antaranya; Bilik Keluarga, Katil Perseorangan dan Katil Bertingkat.

“Better Brighter Dormitory, IJN Foundation – Tenaga Nasional” ini dilengkapi dengan kemudahan asas seperti pendingin hawa, mesin basuh dan mesin pengering pakaian, seterika, almari pakaian peribadi, televisyen di ruang istirehat, pantry yang menyediakan penapis air dan peti sejuk,” tambah Toh Puan Hajah Aishah.

The Maserati Levante S Powers Into The Malaysian SUV market

Maserati’s first SUV is now available as a petrol-powered variant with choice of two trim options: GranLusso and GranSport

NAZA Italia, the official importer and distributor for Maserati in Malaysia, has officially introduced the Maserati Levante S. The petrol-powered twin-turbocharged Levante S was revealed during its launch event at Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur.

The Levante S (MY18) made its world premiere at the 2017 Frankfurt Motorshow with a new range strategy and an array of hi-tech features, including Electric Power Steering and the addition of new active functions to the existing driving assistance systems. The Levante S version promises heightened performance and sporting prowess to navigate all-terrain adventures with greater ease.

The new evolution of the marque’s first SUV has been engineered to excite with the Maserati twin-turbo V6 engine featuring the latest Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) technology at its core. The engine was designed by Maserati Powertrain, in conjunction with the Ferrari Powertrain development team and is both powerful and eco-friendly, thanks to the Auto Start-Stop function.

The V6 engine’s specific torque of 194 Nm per litre is the best in the luxury SUV class, as is its specific power (144hp/l). The Levante S accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.2 seconds and has a top speed of 264 km/h. Its 430 hp engine is on par with its competitors in terms of fuel consumption, with 10.9 l/100 km on the NEDC test cycle, and CO2 emissions (253 g/km).

“Maserati has injected extra power and performance into an already impressive luxury SUV. The petrol-powered Levante S has been eagerly awaited and will no doubt be a popular new addition to Malaysia’s luxury automotive market,” said Datuk Wira Hj SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin, Group Executive Chairman of Naza World Group of Companies.

Maserati has replaced the Levante’s hydraulic power steering with electric power steering to provide improved handling and driving comfort in the Levante S. This also better supports the driving modes and enables the newly-introduced Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS) with more active functions, whilst retaining the razor-sharp steering feel symbolic of any Maserati. These functions include Highway Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Active Blind Spot Assist and Traffic Sign Recognition.

The 430 hp Levante S features a state-of-the-art braking system that deals superbly with the car’s high performance. The front system has adopted Brembo 6-piston aluminium monobloc calipers working on 380 mm drilled discs. Aluminium 42 mm floating calipers with 330 mm x 22 mm ventilated drilled discs are fitted at the rear.

Maserati has achieved unparalleled agility with the Levante S, which boasts the lowest centre of gravity in its class, thanks to the extensive use of lightweight materials and an ideal 50:50 weight distribution. The Levante S’s exclusivity stems from technical features like Air Suspension, electronically controlled Skyhook shock absorbers and the Q4 AWD system, which come as standard equipment. The aluminium double-wishbone, five-link suspension layout comprises standard Air Springs and electronically-controlled Skyhook shock absorbers.

Apart from the obvious benefits, such as the improvement of comfort and active safety, the air suspension contributes to the reduction of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, thanks to the lowering of the car and the reduced aerodynamic drag at medium to high speeds.

The Levante S adopts the eight-speed automatic ZF gearbox that provides seamless comfort and fast gear shifting, depending on the selected drive mode and presents a choice of four drive modes, “Normal”, I.C.E., “Sport” and “Off-road”. Each one constitutes a distinct character, intelligently altering engine, transmission, suspension and electronics features.

The dashboard and the central console are designed to accommodate the 8.4” Maserati Touch Control Plus (MTC+) display, the driving modes button cluster, the user-friendly, aluminium rotary knob and the air suspension height setup switch.

Styling-wise, the Levante exhibits similar design cues to other models in Maserati’s stable and incorporates the brand’s signature lush aesthetic and spacious interior that allows for five people to be seated comfortably. Its streamlined shape lends to the Levante’s aerodynamic efficiency, which is best in its segment with a Cx coefficient of just 0.31.

The petrol-powered Levante S is being introduced to Malaysia’s luxury SUV segment at the starting price of RM788,800 (inclusive of local taxes and duties) and includes 3 years Standard Warranty coverage with no mileage restriction plus a *Maserati Premium Service Plus of 3 years/ 60,000 km whichever comes first.

GranLusso trim

The GranLusso trim is essentially an emphasis on luxury. It is externally recognisable by its metallic-finish front skid plates and roof rails, the GranLusso badges on the front wings, the body-colour side skirts, the black-painted brake calipers and the 19” Zefiro alloy wheels.

The extravagant trim also includes standard 12-way power comfort seats, a Harman Kardon Sound System, power-adjustable steering wheel, illuminated door sills, parking sensors, navigation system and new Soft Close Doors.

GranSport trim

Externally, the Levante S GranSport is recognisable by its Piano Black front grille, skid plates and roof rails, GranSport badges on the front wings, body-colour side skirts, blue inserts on all Trident and Saetta logos, red brake calipers and 20” Nereo wheels.

The interior design features an array of innovative solutions and the sportiness of the Levante’s SUV character is further enhanced in the new GranSport trim.  Both the exterior design and interior features reflect the legendary racing heritage of the Maserati brand.

The Sport 12-way power leather seats and power-adjustable Sport steering wheel combine with a carbon trim to create an exciting, sporty interior in the GranSport. It also features a Sport steering wheel with standard gearshift paddles, power-adjustable Inox sport pedals, parking sensors and navigation system.

Spekulasi Terjawab, Fazura Dan Fattah Bertunang Sebenarnya

PASANGAN pelakon Fattah Amin, 27, dan Fazura, 34, akhirnya membuka mulut sekali gus memecahkan kebuntuan dan teka-teki serta spekulasi yang bermain di fikiran peminat kedua-dua selebriti ini selama 11 hari mengenai status hubungan mereka yang dikatakan bernikah.

Mereka berdua akhirnya mengakui sudah bertunang pada 13 November lalu namun menafikan bernikah pada keesokan harinya.
Fattah menegaskan, majlis yang berlangsung pada 14 November hanya majlis doa selamat dan bukannya majlis pernikahan seperti mana yang dianggap oleh semua pihak khususnya pihak media.

“Keluarga saya menghantar rombongan merisik dan meminang Fazura di kediaman keluarganya di Petaling Jaya. Ingin ditegaskan tidak ada sebarang majlis pernikahan pada 14 November seperti dilaporkan media.
“Dalam masa sama, tidak ada majlis pernikahan di Makkah. Di sana kami hanya memberi fokus kepada ibadah umrah. Diakui macam-macam kami dengar sepanjang berada di sana,” katanya dalam sidang media khas di sebuah hotel di Kuala Lumpur, petang tadi.

Pasangan selebriti itu muncul pada sidang media terbabit bagi menunaikan janji sebelum berangkat ke Tanah Suci untuk menjelaskan segala desas-desus mengenai pertunangan dan pernikahan mereka.
Majlis yang diadakan di kediaman nenek Fazura pada 14 November lalu pula, kata Fattah adalah majlis doa selamat sempena pemergian mereka ke Makkah.

Bintang yang popular dengan drama Suri Hati Mr Pilot itu berkata, dia dan Fazura mahu melalui proses perkahwinan yang seperti orang lain termasuklah menghadiri kursus kahwin dan membuat permohonan nikah.

“Insya-Allah, majlis nikah dalam masa terdekat tetapi majlis resepsi tahun depan. Cuma bagi majlis nikah akan berlangsung secara tertutup atas permintaan keluarga. Saya harap semua pihak menghormati keputusan ini.
“Bagaimanapun, untuk majlis resepsi kami akan mengadakan dua majlis, satu untuk peminat dan satu lagi khas untuk keluarga dan rakan media,” katanya.

Pasangan terbabit baru saja kembali dari Makkah, hari ini, selepas lebih seminggu berada di Tanah Suci Makkah dan Madinah bersama keluarga masing-masing.
