Pos Laju Beri Ganjaran RM500,000 Kepada Pelanggan Bertuah

Pelanggan terima ganjaran bernilai RM500,000 melalui Peraduan Pos Laju Speed Gold

POS Laju, penyedia perkhidmatan kurier utama negara memberi ganjaran bernilai RM500,000 kepada 219 pelanggan bertuah melalui Peraduan Pos Laju Speed Gold. Peraduan ini telah berlangsung dari 16 Ogos 2017 hingga 30 November 2017 lalu.

Ia terbuka kepada semua pelanggan yang membeli produk Pos Laju On Demand. Mohd Syafiq Mohammad dari Shah Alam diumumkan pemenang Xtravaganza pada majlis tersebut. Lelaki berusia 33 tahun itu membawa pulang Jongkong Emas 999.9 Pos ArRahnu seberat 50 gram bernilai RM12,500 dan pakej percutian tiga hari dua malam di Ancasa Royale Pekan bernilai RM1,000.

Tiga pelanggan diumumkan sebagai pemenang Super Grand Prize, Saidatul Ijra Md Safian, Siti Rashidah Azhar dan Shazwan Afiq Saad masing-masing menerima Jongkong Emas 999.9 Pos ArRahnu seberat 30gram bernilai RM7,500 dan pakej percutian yang sama di Ancasa Royale Pekan.

Di samping itu, lima pemenang Grand Prize, Rizal Omar, Mohd Fairuz Adnan, Mohd Ghauth Zakwan Mohd Ghazali, Nur Lyana Kamarudin dan Nor Atiqa Zabidi, masing-masing membawa pulang Jongkong Emas 999.9 Pos ArRahnu seberat 10gram bernilai RM5,000.

Acara itu turut menyaksikan kehadiran pemenang bulanan untuk November 2017 dari Lembah Klang menerima hadiah mereka berbentuk Jongkong Emas 999.9 Pos ArRahnu seberat 1gram bernilai RM250.

Kesemua 219 pemenang hadiah utama dan bulanan juga menerima perlindungan insurans hayat 1-tahun bernilai RM5,000.

Pemangku Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan Pos Malaysia, Dato’ Azlan Shahrim berkata, peraduan Pos Laju Speed Gold dianjurkan sebagai tanda penghargaan dan skim ganjaran untuk pelanggan yang menggunakan perkhidmatan Pos Laju.

“Kami berterima kasih kepada para pelanggan kami yang telah menunjukkan sokongan dan kepercayaan yang tinggi kepada Pos Laju sebagai kurier pilihan mereka selama ini,” katanya.

Sejak dua tahun kebelakangan ini, Pos Laju telah memperkenalkan pelbagai cara moden dan inovatif untuk pelanggan menghantar dan menerima bungkusan. Salahsatu contoh adalah Pos Laju EziBox yang membolehkan para pelanggan untuk mengambil bungkusan mereka pada bila-bila masa.

“Sementara itu, para pelanggan yang sibuk dan sedang bergegas dapat menghantar barang mereka tanpa perlu keluar dari kenderaan di mana-mana 13 stesen Pos Laju EziDrive-Thru kami.

“Sebagai langkah alternatif, pelanggan boleh menggunakan Pos Laju Kiosk memandangkan ia menawarkan waktu operasi yang lebih lama daripada Pusat Pos Laju serta terletak secara strategik di pusat membeli-belah. Kiosk ini dibuka pada hujung minggu.

“Akhir sekali, Pos Laju EziDrop membolehkan para pelanggan menghantar bungkusan mereka menerusi mesin layan diri automatik. Pelanggan kini boleh menghantar bungkusan prabayar tanpa perlu beratur dan ini juga dapat mengurangkan kesesakan di Pejabat Pos atau Pusat Pos Laju.

“Semua ini merupakan tambahan kepada rangkaian meluas yang terdiri daripada 700 pejabat pos dan 90 Pusat Pos Laju di seluruh negara,” katanya.

Dato’ Azlan berkata, pihak sentiasa berusaha meningkatkan capaiannya dengan lebih 1,000 touchpoint di seluruh negara bagi memenuhi tuntutan industri e-Dagang yang berkembang pesat.

Wany Hasrita Akui Khai Bahar ‘Comel’

Penyanyi popular Wany Hasrita akui selesa berkawan dengan penyanyi, Khai Bahar namun hubungan mereka tidak lebih daripada rakan sekerja.

WANY atau pemilik nama sebenar gadis bertubuh tinggi lampai ini, Nurshazwany Hasrita Hasbullah, 26, berkata dia dan Khai kerap diundang menjayakan persembahan bersama membuatkan hubungan mereka jadi baik.

“Saya akui menyenangi sikap Khai. Dia seorang yang baik dan mudah dibawa bercerita. Lagi satu, Khai seorang yang ‘clumsy’ tetapi comel.

“Kalau sekali pandang, Khai nampak pemalu, tetapi kalau sudah lama kenal dia banyak cakap. Paling penting, dia seorang yang menghormati orang lain.

“Malah dia selalu berseloroh dengan memuji saya comel. Bagi saya ia satu pujian. Namun, antara kami tidak ada apa-apa yang istimewa sebaliknya hanya rakan sekerja,” katanya.

Wany yang juga finalis Anugerah Juara Lagu-32 berkata, dia tidak ambil hati dengan cakap-cakap peminat yang inginkan mereka menjadi pasangan kekasih.

“Kalau kami ada persembahan bersama, memang banyak IG Stories yang dimuat naik. Malah, kalau muat naik gambar di IG pun banyak yang komen.

“Bagi saya, ia hanya usikan peminat. Mungkin mereka suka melihat kami bersama setiap kali buat persembahan. Saya okey saja dan tidak ada masalah. Jauh sekali nak marah atau ambil hati,” katanya.

Inisiatif Kewangan Sosial bagi Menggalakkan Perkongsian Kekayaan

BANK Islam Malaysia Berhad (Bank Islam) melancarkan Sadaqa House sebagai salah satu agenda strategiknya bagi Kewangan Sosial. Majlis pelancaran telah disempurnakan oleh Exco Pelaburan, Industri dan Perdagangan dalam Negeri, Kedah, Dato’ Wira Dr Ku Abdul Rahman Ku Ismail selaku wakil Menteri Besar Kedah; Gabenor Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Tan Sri
Mohammad Ibrahim bersama-sama dengan Pengerusi Bank Islam, Datuk Zamani Abdul
Ghani dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Bank Islam, Khairul Kamarudin di Karnival Kewangan
(Utara) 2018 yang diadakan di TH Hotel & Convention Centre Alor Setar, Kedah.

Idea Sadaqa House dicetuskan oleh Dato’ Dr Abdul Halim Ismail, Pengarah Urusan
pertama Bank Islam di dalam ucaptama beliau sewaktu menerima ‘Royal Award for
Islamic Finance’ di majlis Global Islamic Finance Forum 2014 (GIFF 2014). Beliau juga
turut hadir di majlis pelancaran tersebut. Sehubungan itu, Bank Islam telah mengambil
langkah proaktif dalam merealisasikan idea murni tersebut.

Sadaqa House membolehkan sumbangan daripada orang awam dibuat menerusi platform
digital pendanaan awam (crowdfunding) dengan usaha sama Ethis Ventures Sdn. Bhd.,
GlobalSadaqah.com, disalurkan bagi merealisasikan projek-projek kewangan sosial untuk
sektor yang kurang mendapat perhatian seperti kesihatan, pendidikan dan keusahawanan.

Selain itu, orang awam juga boleh menyumbang melalui saluran-saluran Bank Islam sedia ada seperti Perbankan Internet, Perbankan Mudah Alih-i TAP, Kad Kredit-i Bank Islam dan sebagainya. Orang awam, tempatan mahupun luar negara, boleh menderma sebarang jumlah wang ke dalam akaun dana Sadaqa House. Di samping itu, Bank Islam akan memadankan dana yang dikumpul pada kadar 1:1 sehingga maksimum RM500,000.

Dalam fasa pertama, Bank Islam akan bekerjasama dengan beberapa pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO) sebagai rakan strategik untuk melaksanakan projek-projek seperti:

  • Yayasan Institut Jantung Negara (IJNF) – bagi menyediakan bantuan kewangan
    kepada pesakit IJN terpilih untuk menjalani pembedahan jantung
  • Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah (YSB) dan Technology Park Malaysia (TPM) – bagi
    menyediakan kabin pengeringan ikan untuk komuniti nelayan di Kedah
  • Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) – bagi menyediakan sistem solar untuk
    komuniti “orang asal” di Malaysia

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Bank Islam, Khairul Kamarudin berkata, “Sebagai Pengantara Berasaskan Nilai, Bank Islam bertekad untuk mengubah landskap kewangan Islam, di mana ia lebih tertumpu kepada prinsip Triple Bottom Line iaitu mengambil kira aspek Pemerkasaan Sosial, Ekonomi Berdaya Tahan dan Pemulihan Alam Sekitar (Social Empowerment, Economic Resiliency and Environmental Regeneration).

Anugerah Rising Star 2018 Meraikan Pencapaian Graduan

Lebih daripada 270 penerima biasiswa dari pelbagai institusi pengajian tinggi Malaysia lulus cemerlang di bawah program Peneraju Tunas Potensi

YAYASAN Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera (Yayasan Peneraju) menerusi kerjasama dengan Metropolitan Corridor meraikan pencapaian graduannya pada Anugerah The Rising Star 2018 (TRUST ’18), yang mana ia adalah peristiwa penting kepada kedua-dua organisasi tersebut.

Yayasan Peneraju mempunyai lebih 1,000 pelajar yang menerima biasiswa untuk program Peneraju Tunas Potensi sejak penubuhan agensi itu pada 2012. Ketika ini, bagi tahun ketujuh Yayasan Peneraju beroperasi, lebih dari 270 penerima biasiswa program berkenaan telah berjaya menamatkan program itu di mana kebanyakan mereka kini berjaya mendapatkan tempat di syarikat dan organisasi terkemuka di seluruh negara.

“Saya bangga mengatakan bahawa kita telah melihat peningkatan yang luar biasa setiap tahun dalam kualiti keputusan graduan secara bersama. Beliau lulus cemerlang dengan pencapaian Kepujian Kelas Pertama dalam Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Perniagaan dari Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Beliau memperoleh PNGK 3.70 dan menyelesaikan pengajiannya setahun lebih awal daripada jadual asal pada bulan Julai. Pencapaian Harziah seharusnya menjadi inspirasi kepada semua orang.

TRUST ’18 diadakan bukan hanya untuk meraikan pencapaian akademik pemegang biasiswa Yayasan Peneraju, namun berperanan penting sebagai pemangkin bagi mereka sebelum melangkah ke alam pekerjaan. Tema hari ini menonjolkan potensi dan keupayaan mereka untuk menggapai cita-cita dan membawa perubahan bukan sahaja pada kehidupan mereka, tetapi kehidupan orang lain, seperti keluarga mereka,” katanya.

New White Orchid Pearl Colour Now Available For All Honda Models

New White Orchid Pearl colour now available for Jazz & City, and available for BR-V & HR-V in 3rd week of February 2018

HONDA Malaysia announced that the new premium colour, White Orchid Pearl will replace the Taffeta White colour for Jazz, City, *BR-V and *HR-V.

Honda Malaysia first introduced the White Orchid Pearl colour in Civic CKD model and then followed by Accord in 2016. Since its introduction for both models, the new colour has received positive response from customers and to date the new premium colour contributed 38% for Civic and 33% for Accord of its respective overall sales.

Following the increasing demand of White Orchid Pearl colour, the CR-V was then introduced with the new premium colour last year and has attained 26% of overall CR-V sales up to date.

In our efforts to provide the joy of owning a Honda to our customers, we continuously seek feedback from Honda customers on what they look for. Based on internal survey we conducted, results showed that the White Orchid Pearl colour received huge popularity.

Therefore, the introduction of the White Orchid Pear colour is now made available for the entire Honda Malaysia line-up as a result of the customers’ feedback.

Honda Malaysia Retains No 1 Spot For Three Years

Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd has continued to retain its No. 1 position for Non-National segment for three consecutive years and strongly maintain No. 2 position in overall TIV for two consecutive years from 2016 to 2017.

THE Company also announced that all of its CKD models ended 2017 by taking the lead in their respective segment.

In 2017, the Company recorded total sales of 109,511 units, setting an all-time high record in the history of Honda Malaysia since it was established in 2003. This is also the first time that Honda Malaysia achieved sales of more than 100,000 units and also the highest that a Non-National brand has ever achieved in Malaysia. Since 2003 and in the span of 14 years, Honda Malaysia has sold more than 730,000 units of vehicles, bringing the Joy of Driving to Malaysia.

Despite the challenges in the market last year, Honda Malaysia recorded highest sales with 11,221 units sold in December. The overall sales for 2017 increased by 19% compared to the 91,830 units recorded in 2016. The Company managed to capture 19% market share, the highest ever achieved in Honda Malaysia history, and an increase of 3.2 points from 2016.

In 2017, Honda Malaysia launched 6 new models. The 2017 models introduced are BR-V, City, Jazz and Jazz Hybrid, City Hybrid, CR-V and All-New Civic Type R. The City emerged as Honda’s best-selling model in 2017, contributing 27% of total sales, followed by HR-V at 17%, BR-V at 16% and Civic at 14% respectively. In the Hybrid segment, the Jazz Hybrid and City Hybrid contributed 2% to the total sales of Honda Malaysia despite being on sale for only 4 months and the two models are leading the overall Hybrid segment.

Throughout 2017, Honda Malaysia expanded its presence and penetration in East Malaysia, which contributed more than 7,500 units to the total sales achieved. Sales for East Malaysia in 2017 increased by 33% compared to 2016. BR-V was the best-selling model in East Malaysia.

Besides increasing sales and customer base, Honda Malaysia is also mindful of the importance of its after sales service. Last year, the Company introduced Honda Pride with the aim to create awareness amongst Honda customers on the benefits of after sales services and to increase customer satisfaction. With 12 specially designed benefits such as 5 years warranty with unlimited mileage, genuine parts and comfortable dealer showroom, Honda Pride is dedicated to the customer’s experience of top quality services in after sales from the moment they step into the dealership.

The Company increased the number of dealerships in 2017 to cater to the expanded customer base and to continue providing excellent after sales services. In terms of service intake, Honda Malaysia recorded more than 1,150,000 vehicles serviced in 2017, up 13% from the approximately 1,021,000 vehicles serviced in 2016.

The Sport Hybrid i-DCD made history during their introductions as Malaysia is the only country outside of Japan to introduce the technology.

It was also the most affordable Hybrid to be introduced in the market. Honda was also the first brand to introduce the SENSING technology into mass models such as the CR-V and New Accord. Ultimately, we strive to bring the joy of ownership to all our customers,” concluded Ishiyama.

Official Launch of SkyWorld Quality Centre

This centre will be used as a training hub for SkyWorld staff, contractors &
