Pencapaian luar biasa ini adalah daripada kumpulan pelajar yang telah mengharumkan nama negara iaitu Muhammad Afiq Mohd Nazre dan Mohamad Ariff Danial Mohammad Rizal dari Pusat Sebaran Maklumat Nasional (NADI) Felda Linggiu bagi kategori Senior, manakala kategori Junior diwakili Nur Damia Khalisya Mohd Rizalman dan Deeniya Irdhina Muhammad Sobri dari NADI Felda Gunung Besout 1.
Mereka masing-masing dibimbing petugas NADI, Nur Fadzlin Maarus dan Suhaila Suliman.
Pengarah program Tiny Techies, Areehan Abdullah, berkata pasukan itu turut memperoleh satu perak, dua gangsa serta dua kedudukan keempat dalam pelbagai kategori termasuk Sumo Robot dan projek kreatif.
Beliau berkata, kemenangan itu disumbangkan oleh pelajar sekolah dari Pusat Sebaran Maklumat Nasional (NADI) Felda Linggiu, Johor dan NADI Felda Gunung Besout, Perak yang mewakili Malaysia ke pertandingan tersebut.
“Kejayaan ini membuktikan bahawa semangat ingin belajar, inovasi dan kerja berpasukan mampu membawa generasi muda kita ke peringkat antarabangsa,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan di sini.
Areehan berkata, Tiny Techies akan terus komited dalam melahirkan pelajar berfikiran kreatif, berdaya saing dan berpengetahuan dalam bidang robotik serta Sains, Teknologi, Kejuruteraan dan Matematik (STEM).
Beliau turut berharap kejayaan itu menjadi inspirasi kepada lebih ramai pelajar untuk meneroka dunia STEM pada masa hadapan.
Tiny Techies ialah inisiatif pendidikan digital bersama pusat NADI di seluruh negara bagi memperkasakan pelajar dengan kemahiran STEM, robotik dan pengaturcaraan selain membuka peluang penyertaan ke pertandingan antarabangsa.
Sementara itu, kepengurusan NADI FELDA Linggui dan NADI Gunung Besout melahirkan kesyukuran di atas kemenangan luar biasa dan semangat konsisten yang ditunjukkan oleh tenaga pengajar yang membimbing pasukan Tiny Techies selama ini.
“Penguasaan ilmu STEM dan elemen-elemen robotik yang diajar begitu bermakna kepada ahli pasukan yang terdiri dalam kalangan pelajar sekolah,” katanya.
Di samping itu, jurucakap Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor akan menyokong setiap usaha murni bagi memperkasakan pelajar dalam subjek STEM dan robotik terutama pelajar di kawasan FELDA, Orang Asli dan kelompok B40.
“Tiada yang mustahil dalam mencapai sesuatu kejayaan apatah lagi kejayaan itu datang dari kawasan seperti FELDA di peringkat antarabangsa, sekali gus membuktikan keupayaan pelajar itu sendiri menerusi ilmu yang dipelajari dan panduan daripada tenaga kerja luar biasa Tiny Techies,” katanya.
Semua peserta telah menunjukkan semangat juang, komitmen dan dedikasi yang tinggisepanjang pertandingan ini. Tidak dilupakan penghargaan kepada petugas NADI, jurulatih, tenaga pengajar dan ibu bapa atas bimbingan serta sokongan yang berterusan.

Merchantrade Asia Sdn.
