Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, digital, and business solutions, has been honoured with the “Pioneer Sustainable Development Action Recognition” at the United Nations (UN) Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei (UNGCMYB) Forward Faster Sustainability Awards 2023.
The recognition celebrates the transformative impact of the CANSupport initiative, a TCS initiative that revolutionises paediatric cancer care in Malaysia. Developed in collaboration with the Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) and National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM), CANSupport is also equipped with a comprehensive application that meets the urgent healthcare needs of children undergoing cancer treatment through innovative features like symptom tracking, travel assistance for treatment, and a robust doctor’s dashboard powered by advanced data analytics.
In Malaysia, there are over 4,300 children suffering from cancer and only 28 doctors available. Quoted during the launch event in March 2023 last year.

Dr Mustapha yang pernah berkhidmat di Wisma Putra dari tahun 1999 sehingga 2008 berkata, antara perkara yang dibincangkan termasuk pelbagai isu terkini, serantau dan antarabangsa.
“Kewujudan IDFR sangat penting bagi tujuan melatih pegawai-pegawai Wisma Putra, pegawai kedutaan asing dan pegawai-pegawai kerajaan pelbagai perkara yang boleh dipelajari khususnya berkaitan hubungan antarabangsa dan diplomasi,” katanya.

Sementara itu, Syed Mohamad Bakri berkata, IDFR memainkan peranan dalam melatih pegawai-pegawai dalam perkhidmatan selain pegawai-pegawai diplomatik serta pegawai-pegawai dari kementerian-kementerian dan agensi-agensi kerajaan yang lain.
Selain daripada kursus teras yang ditawarkan oleh pihak IDFR iaitu kursus latihan diplomatik, IDFR juga menyediakan latihan kemahiran professional bagi membantu pegawai-pegawai kerajaan yang sedang berkhidmat.
“Program-program latihan tersebut bertujuan untuk melengkapkan pegawai dengan kemahiran dan pengetahuan bagi menghadapi cabaran ketika melaksanakan tugasan baik di dalam negera mahupun luar negara.
“Selain itu, para peserta kursus di IDFR turut ditawarkan untuk mempelajari bahasa-bahasa asing seperti bahasa Mandarin, bahasa Inggeris, bahasa Perancis dan juga bahasa Arab,” katanya lagi.
Jom Sihat Bersama Sentosa di sambut meriah dengan kehadiran lebih 250 orang termasuk peserta-peserta Liga Penalti Sentosa. Kedua-dua program yang berjalan secara serentak itu telah dirasmikan oleh Ahli Parlimen Bentong, Young Syefura Othman.

To translate the splendour of nature into Reno11 and Reno11 Pro, OPPO’s designers began by focusing on dimension and texture. Specifically, they explored techniques to combine natural, organic-looking depth and detail with a perfect in-hand smartphone feel.
Having pioneered the OPPO Glow technique, the designers were able to hit the ground running. OPPO Glow was developed for the Reno series and marries a fine shimmering lustre with a seamless, uninterrupted feel.
This interplay between enticing aesthetics and comfortable in-hand experiences is a
perfect starting point, but for Reno11 and Reno11 Pro, the technique had to be taken further.
Reno11 Pro in Pearl White is made possible by OPPO’s Shimmering Pearl Design. This method combines three visually distinct layers, each shining through at different angles.
The most surface-level is a textured-looking flourish, atop no less than 3.6 million tiny reflective surfaces that create a signature glimmering lustre. These are set against an almost iridescent pearl-esque sheen.
For Reno11 in Wave Green, the Shimmering Silk Design was developed. It required a new technique of pattern transfer from natural fabric, integrating silk and reflective metal elements as well as a laser-etching process typically used in semiconductor manufacturing to create a sea of fluid waves along Reno11’s curved back.
