PLUS dan PETRONAS Dagangan memetrai MOU bagi membangunkan Stesen Super Hibrid di Lebuhraya PLUS
PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) telah menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman dengan PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad untuk menjalinkan kerjasama membangunkan stesen hibrid komersial yang pertama di lebuh raya Malaysia.
Kerjasama kedua-dua pendahulu industri lebuh raya dan sektor peruncitan tenaga bakal menyaksikan pembukaan Stesen Super Hibrid atau ‘Hybrid Super Station’ yang pertama. Ia akan menjadi penanda aras perkhidmatan lebuh raya di negara ini dan memberikan lebih keselesaan dan pilihan kepada pengguna.
Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Kerja Raya Malaysia, Datuk Seri Haji Hasnol Zam Zam Haji Ahmad yang hadir bagi menyaksikan majlis menandatangani memorandum yang diadakan baru-baru ini menyatakan sokongan Kerajaan terhadap kolaborasi strategik ini.
“Kerjasama strategik PLUS dan PETRONAS Dagangan ini merupakan salah satu projek berimpak tinggi yang memberi manfaat kepada kesejahteraan rakyat, khususnya pengguna lebuh raya.
Dengan wujudnya Stesen Super Hibrid, rakyat yang menggunakan lebuh raya bakal menikmati perjalanan yang lebih selesa dengan pelbagai pilihan sepanjang perjalanan mereka. Kerjasama di antara PLUS dan PETRONAS Dagangan adalah selari dengan konsep MADANI yang boleh membantu menggalakkan ekonomi negara dan mewujudkan peluang-peluang pekerjaan kepada rakyat.”
Turut hadir menyaksikan majlis ini ialah Timbalan Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Kerja Raya Malaysia, Dato’ Zahrul Hakim Abdullah, Pengerusi PLUS, Dato’ Mohamad Nasir Ab Latif, Naib Presiden Eksekutif dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Hiliran PETRONAS, Datuk Sazali Hamzah, Pengarah Pemantauan Operasi, Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia, Ir. Mohd Shahrir Amin Ahmad, pegawai-pegawai kanan Kementerian Kerja Raya Malaysia, Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia, PLUS dan PETRONAS Dagangan.
Stesen Super Hibrid yang bakal diwujudkan di lebuh raya ini menyediakan perkhidmatan mobiliti menyeluruh seperti stesen petrol dan diesel berskala besar termasuklah stesen pengecasan pantas (DCFC) untuk pengguna kenderaan elektrik (EV).
Selain itu, ia turut menyediakan kemudahan-kemudahan awam yang lebih selesa, perkhidmatan runcit serta ruang makanan seperti gerai makan, kafe, restoran dan sebagainya.
Pembangunan stesen hibrid ini juga memberi penekanan terhadap kelestarian menerusi reka bentuk bangunan yang efisien tenaga hingga ke penyertaan ruang hijau dan sumber tenaga yang boleh diperbaharui. Sebagai salah satu mercu mercu tanda terbaharu di lebuh raya, stesen hibrid ini bakal menjadi destinasi tersendiri dan menawarkan pengalaman perjalanan yang lebih baik.
Pengarah Urusan PLUS, Datuk Nik Airina Nik Jaffar berkata, “Sebagai pengendali lebuh raya utama di Malaysia dan rakan strategik negara, PLUS komited untuk menghubungkan komuniti bagi mencorakkan masa hadapan yang selamat dan lestari.

Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) melaksanakan Persidangan Kesejahteraan Kewangan pada 26 Jun 2024 bertempat di Sasana Kijang, Bank Negara Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
Acara dua hari yang bertemakan “Level Up! Your Mind, Your Body, and Your Money” telah mengumpulkan beberapa pengamal industri termasuk Sumber Manusia daripada agensi dan syarikat yang menjadi rakan kerjasama AKPK, untuk mengikuti beberapa sesi pembentangan dan perbincangan mengenai topik kesihatan fizikal, mental, dan kewangan.
Acara tersebut telah dirasmikan oleh Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Lukanisman Awang Sauni. Dalam ucaptamanya, beliau menekankan tentang kepentingan kesejahteraan kakitangan terhadap produktiviti di tempat kerja dan menegaskan bahawa ia melangkaui kesejahteraan fizikal.
Kesejahteraan mental juga merupakan penentu utama dalam menentukan produktiviti pekerja, dan pengurusan kewangan yang baik dapat membantu memelihara kesejahteraan mental.
Diskusi mengenai ‘Membangunkan Budaya Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan Berterusan’, yang dipengerusikan oleh Shabana M. Hassan, bersama Datuk Wira Shahul Dawood, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif HRD Corp, dan Zainubiah Abd Aziz, Ketua Pembangunan Bakat di Petronas Leadership Centre
Ini sejajar dengan ucapan alu-aluan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif AKPK, Azaddin Ngah Tasir, yang mengatakan, “Penyelidikan AKPK mendapati bahawa kesejahteraan kewangan dan mental saling berkaitan.
“Sebanyak 26 peratus daripada Pekerja Dewasa Malaysia mengalami tekanan kewangan pada pelbagai tahap, dan 65 peratus di antara mereka mengatakan bahawa tekanan kewangan telah mempengaruhi prestasi kerja mereka. Bayangkan potensi peningkatan produktiviti sekiranya kita dapat mengurangkan jurang 26 peratus tersebut kepada peratusan yang lebih rendah,” katanya.
Azaddin merujuk kepada laporan yang dihasilkan oleh Financial Education Well-being Research Centre (FEWRC) AKPK sendiri yang bertajuk ‘From Nine to Five: Navigating Employees’ Financial Well-Being at the Workplace’. yang telah dilancarkan oleh timbalan menteri semasa acara tersebut.
Secara purata, berdasarkan laporan FEWRC, 70 peratus Pekerja Dewasa Malaysia berada pada tahap kesejahteraan kewangan terendah adalah pekerja yang berprestasi rendah.
Sementara itu, 78 peratus daripada mereka yang mempunyai kesejahteraan kewangan tertinggi melebihi jangkaan produktiviti yang diharapkan. Angka-angka ini menyorot peranan penting pendidikan kewangan dalam meningkatkan produktiviti tempat kerja.
Azaddin berkata, apabila kesejahteraan kewangan seseorang meningkat, ia turut meningkatkan kesetiaan pekerja, mewujudkan tenaga kerja yang lebih stabil dan komited.
Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa 91 peratus daripada Pekerja Dewasa Malaysia yang memiliki kesejahteraan kewangan tinggi lebih setia kepada syarikat mereka, manakala 89 peratus daripada mereka yang menghadapi kesejahteraan kewangan yang rendah sedang aktif mencari peluang pekerjaan baru.
“Wang tidak dapat membeli kesetiaan, tetapi kesejahteraan kewangan mampu melakukannya, kerana kedua-duanya saling berkait rapat. Dengan kesejahteraan kewangan, kami menggariskan kepada pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam menguruskan sumber-sumber yang ada, seperti wang dan pembiayaan, untuk kebaikan diri.”
Walaupun perkara ini penting, namun laporan penyelidikan ini menunjukkan terdapat jurang antara penawaran dan permintaan latihan pendidikan kewangan. Meskipun 74 peratus daripada Pekerja Dewasa Malaysia mempertimbangkan untuk menghadiri kursus kewangan, hanya 48 peratus daripada syarikat yang disoal selidik menganjurkan program-program tersebut untuk pekerja mereka.
Oleh itu, pelancaran laporan FEWRC ini dalam persidangan tersebut dianggap tepat. Azaddin mencadangkan agar integrasi kesejahteraan kewangan pekerja menjadi agenda utama dalam rancangan organisasi untuk meningkatkan produktiviti.

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (Alliance Bank) has announced a Flood Relief Assistance programme to help ease some of the financial burdens faced by Sabah customers impacted by the recent floods.
The programme is available and open to all customers affected by the recent floods. These comprise options of a loan moratorium of up to six months, loan repayment modifications, and waivers of fee and charges for customers and businesses that have been affected by the flood situation.
“Our primary concern is the well-being of our affected customers as we understand the emotional and financial strain on the families and businesses impacted by the flood. We hope the Flood Relief Assistance will help ease some of their financial worries.
Affected customers can contact us to discuss the relief package that meets their needs,” said Kellee Kam, Group Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Bank. The Bank is also assisting its employees affected by the flood to help them through this trying time.
The Flood Relief Assistance is now open for application from now until 4 August 2024. It offers payment relief on all conventional loans and Islamic financing facilities. The Bank will also waive fees and charges for selected services such as replacement of debit card, ATM cards, cheque books and passbooks lost or damaged during the flood.
To find out more about the flood relief assistance, affected customers may contact the Bank’s Contact Centre at 03-5516 9988 or their relationship managers directly. All requests for assistance will be assessed by the Bank on a case-by-case basis.
