Naza Eastern Motors has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FLUX, a leading vehicle subscription platform in Malaysia, marking a strategic collaboration to make Suzuki vehicles more accessible through a flexible vehicle subscription model.
The partnership reflects a shared vision of offering Malaysians, including young professionals, expatriates, and those seeking greater flexibility, more freedom in how they access personal mobility.
Suzuki Cars Malaysia will introduce the Suzuki Fronx and Suzuki Jimny AllGrip Plus as the initial models available on the FLUX platform. Together, the Suzuki Fronx and Suzuki Jimny AllGrip Plus offer customers two distinct mobility experiences – an efficient, urban-friendly crossover for everyday driving and an iconic four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicle built for lifestyle and adventure.
Beyond introducing Suzuki vehicles to the platform, the collaboration aims to increase awareness of vehicle subscription as an alternative mobility solution, expand Suzuki’s presence within Malaysia’s growing mobility ecosystem, and support the rollout of the initial subscription fleet by utilising selected Suzuki vehicles made available through the FLUX platform.
The MoU was signed by Mohd Rizal Jailan, Chief Executive Officer of Naza Automotive Group, and Sivakumar Krishnan, Chief Operating Officer of Suzuki Cars Malaysia, together with Aziz Ayman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FLUX, and Christine A., Director of Commercial of FLUX.

Commenting on the collaboration, Rizal said: “While vehicle ownership remains an important aspiration for many Malaysians, we are seeing a growing demand for mobility solutions that are more flexible, convenient and better suited to different lifestyles.”
Aziz Ayman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FLUX, commented, “The way Malaysians think about cars is changing faster than the industry that sells them. People stream their entertainment, subscribe to their software, and expect flexibility in everything they pay for.
The market research shows more than 60% of Malaysian car buyers are now open to a subscription instead of a loan. That is no longer a niche. That is the direction of the market.
