Ibadah Korban Di Kemboja Bersama NGO Antarabangsa Diteruskan

Pelaksanaan ibadah korban tetap diteruskan dan berjalan dengaan lancar walaupun tidak banyak lembu korban yang diterima oleh pihak NGO Antarabangsa pada tahun ini.

Pengerusi NGO Antarabangsa, Datuk Dr Mustapha Ahmad Marican berkata, meskipun serba kekurangan, pihaknya akan terus menyantuni dan mengagihkan daging-daging korban ini kepada fakir miskin yang daif, anak-anak yatim dan pada keluarga yang kurang berkemampuan.

“Sebelum ibadah korban lagi kita telah mengenal pasti kampung-kampung di Kemboja yang mempunyai golongan yang tersebut. Kita mengambil langkah inisiatif untuk masuk ke kampung-kampung pedalaman agar golongan ini tidak tercicir dari menerima agihan daging korban.

“Setakat ini ada 5 buah kampung kecil pedalaman Kemboja yang telah dikenalpasti. Selepas sembelihan dan proses melapah daging selesai, saya akan lawati ke kampung-kampung tersebut untuk mengagihkan daging korban.

“Mereka yang menerima daging korban ini hanya dapat merasa kenikmatan daging lembu setahun sekali sahaja dan ada yang tidak pernah langsung merasainya. Dengan hanya beberapa ekor lembu yang dijadikan korban pada tahun ini, kita akan berusaha sedaya yang mungkin untuk berkongsi rezeki dan mengagihkan pada fakir miskin yang ada,” katanya.

Beliau yang sudah lebih 24 tahun menjalankan kerja-kerja kebajikan di Kemboja serta negara Asean yang lain seperti Vietnam, Thailand, Loas dan Indonesia.

Setakat ini, Mustapha telah membina 6 buah Masjid serta surau, 4100 buah telaga dan menyediakan sebuah tapak tanah perkuburan islam serta setiap tahun pada bulan Ramadan dan Hari Raya Korban datang memberi bantuan untuk menyantuni golongan fakir miskin dan mereka yang kurang berkemampuan.

“Bukan senang untuk mengembara dari satu kampung ke satu kampung kerana perjalanan ke setiap kampung tidak mempunyai kemudahan jalan raya yang baik, keadaan jalan tanah merah yang berlopak dan tidak rata. Namun ini tidak menghalang untuk mengenal pasti mereka yang benar-benar daif.

“Kesungguhan Mustapha harus di puji dan tidak ramai orang yang mampu untuk membuat kerja-kerja kebajikan di luar negara,” kata salah seorang Ketua Komuniti di Province Mondokiri.

Faktor usia tidak menghalang beliau membawa berpuluh-puluh guni beras dan keperluan asas yang lain untuk diagihkan kepada fakir miskin dengan menggunakan lori 3 tan bagi menempuh perjalanan yang panjang ke kampung-kampung pedalaman di Kemboja.

Mustapha berkata, beliau sudah lama memulakan program kebajikan di Kemboja iaitu sejak tahun 1999 lagi sewaktu berkhidmat di Wisma Putra.

Beliau sanggup datang sendiri ke Kemboja untuk melihat kesusahan umat Islam yang dikatakan sangat daif pada ketika itu. Sehinggakan kitab suci Al Quran tidak cukup untuk mereka belajar. Mereka hanya menggunakan Al-Quran yang dibuat salinan secara fotostat.

Selain itu, agak menyedihkan sehingga sejadah dan telekung pun tidak ada malah bekalan air yang sukar didapati menyukarkan mereka untuk berwuduk dan keperluan asas.

“Pada peringkat awal penglibatan, saya memberi fokus dan tumpuan pada projek telaga secara serius sebelum projek-projek bantuan yang lain,” katanya.

Di sini, agar susah untuk mereka mendapatkan dan merasai daging lembu. Harga daging lembu untuk 1 kilogram hampir USD 10 Dolar . Mereka tidak mampu untuk membeli daging dan ikan berbanding ayam lebih murah harganya.

Sepanjang pengalamannya, mereka yang menerima agihan daging korban dikalangan fakir miskin dan orang-orang tua ada yang mengalirkan air mata kegembiraan kerana bagi mereka daging lembu biasanya di makan oleh golongan yang berkemampuan.

“Daging-daging korban ini bagi mereka yang menerimanya amatlah berharga dan bermakna. Mereka akan menyimpan daging ini untuk tempoh yang lama. Mereka akan menjemur daging ini sehingga kering. Hanya dimakan ketika perlu saja sedikit demi sedikit sehinggalah daging tersebut,” kata Mustapha lagi.
