This marks another milestone in the deep strategic collaboration between OPPO and MediaTek, delivering users groundbreaking advancements in power efficiency, gaming, and AI capabilities.
OPPO and MediaTek jointly optimised this high-performance, energy-efficient AI-smartphone chip. Fabricated with TSMC’s second-generation 4nm process, Dimensity 8350 features MediaTek’s advanced NPU, which delivers 8x faster generative AI processing, 2x improvements in compute tasks, supports up to 10 billion parameter LLMs, and achieves a 3.3x boost in AI performance.
This results in a 20% performance increase with 30% lower power consumption compared to the previous generation.
