The company invested RM4.5 million for the development of AMP’s 4S Centre, facilitating a proper setup of essential tools, equipment and machineries in the Centre
AIMAN Motor Performance Sdn Bhd (AMP), the authorised dealer for Subaru unveiled its first 4S Centre – one-stop automotive aftersales solution which unifies Sales, Services, Spare parts as well as Shop for body and paint services under one roof for all car brands including super and premium cars.
Amirah Che Azizuddin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ARCA Corporation Sdn Bhd said “Malaysia is gearing towards Industry 4.0 and our automotive sector is growing from strength to strength every year. According to a recent study from PWC[1], 82% of Malaysians own a car, making us one of the nations with the highest car ownership rate. On the other hand, the increased complexity of vehicles has heightened the difficulties in performing do-it-yourself (DIY) repairs. All these factors reinforce the necessity of a 4S Centre to become the go-to channel for all cars’ quality maintenance and care.”

Serviced by a team of trained technicians for uncompromised quality, customers can receive their vehicle within 40 minutes for normal service including engine oil, oil filter and basic car check for tyre, brake pad and under carriage. Customers will receive a free service if the car service cannot be delivered within 40 minutes.
The AMP 4S Centre has four pit stops including the Service Reception, Dialogue Bay, Customer Lounge and Receiving Bay. The Centre is open daily from 8am to 11pm with robust security where customers can enjoy a complete customer experience including lounges, free wireless Internet access, reading materials and complimentary beverages. The lounges also offer a well-equipped playground that turns the waiting time into playtime. Currently, AMP’s 4S Centre offers premium services via:

As the authorized dealer of Subaru, AMP looks at expanding the car brand’s market share in Malaysia through the launch of the new Subaru XV. Till October 2017, Subaru has sold 3,867 vehicles in Malaysia, setting the brand on 14th position after Volkswagen, Ford and Hino[2]. In addition, Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)’s demand in the ASEAN-India region has rose 2.5-fold to 1.3 million units in the decade to 2015 which could escalate to 2.1 million in 2020[3].
