PROTON participated in the EVM Asia 2022 to showcase its core brand value of ‘Innovative Technology’ through Malaysia’s Most Popular SUVs – the Proton X70 and X50.
Equipped with a 1.5TGDi engine built at one of the most innovation-driven and high-technology engine manufacturing plants in the region, this engine will help PROTON’s drive towards IR4.0 for optimised efficiency, spurring an evolution towards advanced connectivity, hybridization, and autonomous driving in future Proton products.
PROTON’s booth was also awarded as the best booth design at EVM Asia 2022. The award judging criteria took into account the creativity and design uniqueness, presentation, and overall appearance to portray future mobility at each booth during the show.
Malaysia hosted the region’s first Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, Manufacturing Technology and Auto Parts and Component Expo, which is supported by the Malaysia Government.
A large-scale business-to-business event that brings together thousands of key decision makers from across the region to source and get updated on the latest technology, it was officially opened by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economic Affairs),
