Bold move pays off at Bandar Bukit Raja Semi-detached lakeside homes record good 72% take up on Spotlight 8 campaign’s weekend launch
LAMAN Lakeside, Bandar Bukit Raja’s first semi-detached and lakeside homes, achieved a 72% take up when it was unveiled to the public last weekend.
Laman Lakeside, a low-density development of 24 semi-detached homes, is part of Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 campaign and the second residential product launched within the month of July at this township after Kyra (freehold 20’x 75’ double-storey link homes), which was launched on 13 July 2019.
