Sime Darby Property has done it again. Its first product under the Affordable Collection, Elsa, recorded an overwhelming 100% take-up on its launch day with 165 units sold.
ELSA, comprising freehold 20’ x 65’ double storey link homes, is located in the award
winning township of Bandar Bukit Raja (BBR) in Klang, and is priced below RM500,000.

Elsa marks the launch of the Sime Darby Property Affordable Collection which include

The company is expected to launch over 5,000 affordable homes from 2019 to 2021 under the Affordable Collection, which includes statutory and open market products.

The campaign saw multiple successful launches including Elmina Valley Five which was 98% sold during its first phase launch on 24 March 2019.
