Temokin Development Sdn Bhd, a member of Temokin Holdings Sdn Bhd, recently launched the first phase of its maiden property project, the Mahligai at Nusa Damai to an overwhelming response from eager buyers.

NESTLED in the mature and established township of Pasir Gudang, Johor, the Mahligai is a landed property project with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM100 million that will be introduced over three phases, with prices for the two-storey terrace units beginning from RM 480,000.

Tan Chien Chyi, Chief Executive Officer for Temokin Development said the Mahligai, covering 11.75 acres, was targeted at families and offered a distinctive, modern contemporary design within the mature and flourishing neighbourhood of Nusa Damai.

“We are delighted by the response we received today. There were over 500 registrants for the first phase of the project, which shows that there is demand for these types of homes, so long as they are affordably priced and have a great location,” said Tan.

The Mahligai has three phases with phase 1 comprising of 53 units of four bedroom, double-storey terrace homes with a built up of approximately 1,679 sq. ft. for intermediate units and 1,752 sq. ft. for corner units.

Phase 2 of the Mahligai will also feature 87 double-storey terrace homes whilst phase 3 will feature 23 exclusive, three-storey terrace homes. Due to the good response from potential buyers, phase 2 of the Mahligai has also been opened up for registration.

All homes feature spacious open planned layouts and column-free car porches whilst every bedroom gets its own en suite bathroom.

Tan added that each unit also comes with TM’s Unifi pre-installed, via Temokin’s collaboration with the telecomms giant.
