Bandar Alam Suria’s “K-Wonderland Carnival” illuminated a delightful day for the Daffodil
Residency’s show unit preview and property launch, hosted by IJM Land at Puncak Alam.

The Korean Carnival, adjacent to Suria Square, seamlessly blended Korean traditions with modern living, offering an immersive experience. Despite the rapid urbanisation in Bandar Puncak Alam, Daffodil Residency strategically stands as a tranquil haven, capitalising on its location opposite the 11-acre IJM Land Central Park.

This prime location positions itself as an appealing choice for those seeking a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and community. The charm of Daffodil Residency encapsulates the essence of modern living, making it irresistible to first-time homeowners desiring a thriving community.

In the broader context, South Korea’s global popularity, fueled by the “Korean Wave” or
“Hallyu” manifests in the widespread appeal of Korean dramas, movies, music, and variety

This cultural phenomenon transcends barriers, cultivating a passionate fanbase not only in Malaysia but also internationally. The Korean-themed all-day extravaganza added a vibrant
touch to the festivities, enhancing the overall experience for everyone.

Chai Kian Soon, Senior General Manager of IJM Land, emphasised the role of IJM Land in
providing not only affordable housing but also lifestyle offerings that will foster a sense of
belonging, “For a day, we are provided with a glimpse not just into the rich traditions of South Korea but also the essence of a flourishing community and connection.

This is the spirit we aim to weave into the very fabric of living at Daffodil Residency.”

Starting indoors, a 360 video booth adorned with vibrant Korean costumes and backdrops
offered an enchanting journey into the world of traditional palatial K-Dramas.

Outdoors, the fun continued with a spring-inspired wonderland, featuring a love photo arch,
rainbow-hued windmill wall, and a miniature replica of the Namsan Tower.

These elements transformed the surroundings into a vibrant dimension, perfect for capturing the gist of Korean culture in every snap and social media-worthy video.

Gastronomic delights awaited visitors with KyoChon and KAIICE food trucks offering an array of Korean fare, including the popular dosirak set and refreshing shaved ice flavours like mango and strawberry.
