Hospital Sungai Buloh COVID-19 front line superheroes received a superfood surprise from Ayam Brand™, in appreciation of their sacrifice and dedication.
Ayam Brand™ delivered 9,600 of its canned superfoods including sardines, mackerel, tuna,
baked beans and coconut milk for distribution among front liners.
The products are ready-to-eat at work or can be prepared into a variety of meals at home.
“In discussion with Hospital Sungai Buloh we found that many front liners did not have time
or energy to get groceries for themselves and their families after work.
We identified this issue, and are honoured to provide our nutrient-dense products to these superheroes to keep their energy levels up at work, or for them to take home a healthy meal that can be prepared quickly for their families,” said Ayam Brand Malaysia’s Marketing Manager, Nathan Deverre.
Through its long-running Corporate Social Responsibility programmes Ayam Brand™ has
contributed more than 2.08 million healthy meals for charity, providing nutritious food to
more than 21,800 people from 524 charity organisations and NGOs over the past 12 years.
