Holdings Berhad will be participating in Malaysia Travel Fair 2020 which will be held from 13 to 15 March 2020 to promote Cuti-Cuti Malaysia and Visit Malaysia 2020.

Palace of the Golden Horses and GHHS Healthcare will be one the key sponsors for Malaysia to support the tourism industry in Malaysia after badly affected by Covid19.

Retreat – a new concept in Resort Hospitality and Long Stay Package for international and local tourists, welcoming them to stay at Palace of the Golden Horses and taking the wellness programme at GHHS Healthcare.

Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, at the Press Conference organised by Malaysia Travel Fair on 27 February 2020 said, “We would offer complimentary medical check-up for the first 100 visitors that come to this fair while promoting the wellness tourism to the visitors.”

He also said that, “The coronavirus or Covid19 didn’t survive well in the tropical climate. So we want to tell the world that everyone who comes here (Malaysia) is very safe. And my team is bringing the wellness tourism to this fair.”

“We will provide a team of nurses that do the necessary steps for prevention. I have discussed with the medical tourism team (GHHS Healthcare), they can provide the free medical check-up to guests if they come to this fair.

There will be a lot of wellness players in Malaysia and we want to encourage people and to build your immune system by approaching us and by visiting Malaysia as a retreat place.”

He continued, “Besides, there will be many other companies that will come to promote
wellness products and services. This includes F&B from resorts and hotels that are also affected by this coronavirus.

They can also promote healthy eating lifestyle to encourage more customers.”

“The coronavirus really made us think and we need people like Malaysia Tourism Fair team that even during this tough time, they’re able to pull this event and I’m here to give my support and I hope all the industry players can be together to support this effort as well.

This message is directed to the world especially the China market, eventhough they can’t come to this event, we are showing a positive message to the outside world that Malaysia is a suitable place for a long-term stay. “
