“As a town-maker, Gamuda Land creates places that people will call home, want to be a part of, grow up and grow old in.

“As we continue to focus on unique master planning and innovative placemaking, we do not lose sight of our customers. In line with our steadfast commitment to always ensure that our customers’ property journey with us is as enriching as possible, we have taken a step further to open the Gamuda Cove Experience Gallery in Taipan USJ, making it easier for customers to drop by after running their errands nearby,” said Ngan.

Dubbed ‘Nature Sanctuary, Future City’, Gamuda Cove master plan focuses on self-sustainability, well connectivity and green-living within a dynamic urban setting.

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM20 billion, the 1,530-acre leasthold township is located in southern Klang Valley along the Elite Highway and opposite Cyberjaya.

Gamuda Cove will be divided into a few districts comprising landed and non-landed residential areas, a central business district, leisure and entertainment, knowledge and information corridor, wellness oasis, a 60-acre central park and an art, culture and tourism village.

The 60-acre Central Park comes with lakes and wetland fringes surrounded by indigenous flora and fauna that take advantage of the adjacent Paya Indah wetlands and the gazette Kuala Langat forest reserves.

Gamuda Cove’s smart element encompasses green transportation such as trams within Gamuda Cove Central Business District, Smart Traffic & Parking system, the latest digital infrastructure such as 5G connection and more.

In addition, homes at Gamuda Cove will be constructed using Gamuda’s Industrialised Building System (GIBS) that ensures faster delivery and better quality homes with stronger structure, better resistance to fire and rot and improved sound and heat insulation as the products are fully tested and SIRIM-certified with every component of the development produced in the factory.

Beside Central Park, Gamuda Cove will also feature the 50-acre Discovery Park that is set amidst real nature to offer exciting and unique experiences through three recreational zones, namely The Adventure Park with a wide-open space to host extreme activities, The Sport Park with international standard sport facilities and the Hangout Village for community to enjoy unique dining experiences.

When we start operation in 2019, we are confident that Gamuda Cove Discovery Park will be the key destination for local and international visitors,” said Ngan.

There will be a dedicated interchange linking the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) to Gamuda Cove which is expected to be completed by mid-2019.

The town is also easily accessible through various highways such as ELITE Highway, Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), North South Expressway (PLUS), Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS) and upcoming West Coast Expressway (WCE). Other mode of transportation includes bus or Express Rail Link (ERL) via Putrajaya Sentral Station in Presint 7.

Future flyovers or direct linkages from Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Dengkil will also be constructed to enhance connectivity.

The first residential phase of Gamuda Cove is targeted to launch in November, offering four types of linked homes 20’x70’ (1,824 sq ft); 22’x75’ (2,214 sq ft); 22’x75’ (2,271 sq ft); 28’x65’ (2,620 sq ft) with an indicative price starting from RM680,000.
