OPPO Malaysia has officially been awarded a Malaysia Book of Records title for the Largest Balloon Drop Event, marking a historic milestone during the OPPO Reno15 Series Opening Roadshow held from 13 to 18 January 2026, at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya.
The achievement demonstrates OPPO’s commitment to delivering bold, immersive experiences that celebrate creativity and innovation.
Inspired by the Reno15 Series’ youthful Aurora design, OPPO Malaysia orchestrated a visually spectacular activation that saw 6,000 balloons released in a single drop, officially recognised by Malaysia Book of Records.
The record-breaking moment transformed the venue into a vibrant celebration of colour and energy, marking a key highlight of the roadshow. The celebration extended beyond the record-setting moment, as mall visitors were invited to take part in the festivities and enjoy surprise rewards hidden within selected balloons.
Following the successful roadshow and record-breaking achievement, the OPPO Reno15 Series is available nationwide with exclusive and limited-time promotions running until 28 February 2026 at all OPPO Brand Stores and authorised retail channels.
